"Beautiful property with amazing sea views. Received a message a couple of days before asking if wanted a free upgrade as the other room was available. The 2 bedroom apart with sea view is very well decorated, not really suitable if you have small children as it’s over 2 levels with 2 tiled steps from kitchen and living to bedroom and bathroom, then back down 2 steps to the second bedroom. But beautiful "

"Lovely setting overlooking Kas harbour and the islands , a £2.50 cab ride from the bus station ,strongly advised as the hill is not for the faint hearted, ok walking down though, modern facilities enable you to cater for yourself, i would highly recommend this property "

"Perfect apartment for a few days. I felt like it was my home. Great communication from hosts. Bed very comfortable, two air conditioners in lounge and bedroom so it's possible 4 people could stay here if you needed. Kitchenette and bathroom great too. Also a washing machine available "

"The apartments did not have kitchen supplies as: salt, wash detergent etc. Fourth floor with very narrow steps made impossible taking up the luggage. Very low ceilings, I am 189 and I bumped on them a dozen times a day. Water leaks from the shower cabin to the floor. Mattress is sluggish on one side, so during the night my wife rolled down all the time."

"I’m an Expedia Gold Member since 2011. I don't get pleased easily but this property is top notch compared to others in Kas. Let's say it's my favorite for now! I just wish they have more English speakers to accommodate nonnatives. "

"The penthouse apartment we stayed in was perfect for our group with amazing views of the sea and town. Clean, comfortable and great location close to the main square. The only thing that could make this even better and a 5/5 is if there was coffee available to brew. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. This would have been a great addition to enjoy on the balcony in the morning. Otherwise no complaints and would highly recomend this to anyone staying in Kas! Thank you"

"Very clean. The garden is lovely. It has two outdoor shaded sitting areas. Lots of beautiful greenery. We saw banana trees. There is free guest parking. We stayed in Bahce 1, which is on the ground floor. It was relaxing and restful, and has a small balcony for two people to drink tea. Everything is well shaded and not very hot in our apartment. Very modern and well decorated. The bathroom walls were all marble and the shower had a rain shower in it. There was hot water, but it's hot only...

"We were only two people and had a nice stay. It’s a great place if you have a car and staying for a few days in Kas as it’s in a quiet area. The family are lovely, they don’t speak English but it wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Donna is an excellent host and the apartment was fantastic. The location between Kalkan town and Kalamar bay made exploring the area easy. The views over Kalkan are stunning, although being this high up makes for a very steep climb back up from town. The taxis are plentiful and cheap, so we tended to walk in and taxi home (for just under £3). The apartment complex was quiet and serene, the shared pool off the terrace was incredibly welcome in the heat (we never saw a cloud in a month long...
