I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast & how close it was to the Disney parks, they also offer a shuttle service to & from the parks which was great!

We stayed here for 10 nights and the location was perfect! It was quite pricey compared to other hotels in Tokyo but for the space, location and amenities the price was worth it for us. It is directly connected to Tokyo Station which means a quick walk to the train and hundreds of restaurants. Our room was well equipped with pajamas, slippers and every toiletry you could want or need. We stayed in a suite so I don't know if every room came with the same amenities but we were happy. Everything was replinished daily. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice mix of Japanese and western dishes. They had a lovely espresso machine that I took advantage of every morning! My mom also had dinner at the restaurant 1 night and room service another and thoroughly enjoyed both.
The concierge was helpful in arranging taxis, dinner reservations or any other outings you may be interested in. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo!
