Beautiful property in a perfect location! We loved staying here, and the lagoons are ideal for families with children. Very safe water with white sand beaches! Staff on the property are friendly and helpful. My kids loved the koi pond, and a staff member even gave them fish food to feed the koi! Our condo had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs, towels, a volleyball, and a boogie board. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and baking. Beds were so comfortable! Location is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet place to spend your vacation. It was nice having a parking stall with the unit, and coming and going was a breeze. We went various places around the island... the Dole Plantation, Waimea Valley, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor... I felt staying at Ko O'lina was a great 'base' to do all of the activities I had planned. We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Villas!

A wonderful stay! The unit was clean and comfortable. The lanai felt private and looks over green space with an ocean view. The pool areas are clean and the beach was perfect for swimming with kids. The management team was quick to respond to any questions. The property required two different key cards, one for the room and another for all public areas (pool, beach, elevators, etc ), which was a pain to keep track of and keep on us at all times. The unit had beach chairs and umbrellas available. The parking spots are tight, but manageable. This unit could use a few more items that would be helpful for families, like a collapsible wagon for carrying towels, toys, etc down to the beach/pool.

Second bedroom air conditioning blows against the window covering banging all night. The air conditioner blows directly on bed against the wall and the unit didn’t respond to lower temperature.
