Oceanview Luxury Villa at Ko Olina

Welcome to your oceanview beach villa at the exclusive Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Surrounded by lush koi ponds, cascading waterfalls, a lagoon pool with a sandy beach, an infinity lap pool, and multiple hot tubs, this resort offers a peaceful sense of privacy in a truly beautiful setting. Enjoy sunset views from the outdoor bar with cable TV or unwind while strolling through the meticulously landscaped gardens.

This two-bedroom villa features top-tier appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, wine cooler, and a signature Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen. The spacious lanai offers lovely ocean views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guests can also take advantage of on-site Wolf grills and picnic tables. For your comfort, the villa includes a Bosch washer and dryer, along with the option to enjoy air-conditioning or refreshing island breezes.

The living and dining areas have just been refreshed with brand-new furnishings, adding an elevated, modern feel to the space and enhancing both comfort and style. Professional photos are coming soon, but even now, you can see the beauty and warmth these new pieces bring to the villa.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional flexibility for guests.

Guests enjoy access to resort amenities, including a spa, fitness center, and more. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and I’m always available should you need any assistance during your stay.

Parking Details:

One parking stall is included with the villa. Extra parking is available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional $25 fee per reservation, charged directly by the resort.

Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Spend your days at the tranquil lagoons, hike nearby trails for stunning views, or enjoy ziplining, ATV rides, and other thrills at Coral Crater Adventure Park. 1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.

3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

Ideal location and resort

This resort is located on a quiet, beautiful lagoon in Ko'olina. The room is spacious and immaculately clean. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a well-equipped rental. We had everything we needed for preparing meals, including non-glassware for bbqing down by the pool.The beach chairs and cooler are also a thoughtful addition for days on the beach. We could not have been more pleased with this resort and with this room.

They’ve Thought of Everything

You really can’t ask for a more accommodating vacation rental. The property is situated in beautiful Ko’Olina within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, golf, and beaches. Plumeria and flowering shrubs grace carefully maintained walkways leading to water features that are home to the fattest Koi I’ve ever seen. If you go at their feeding times, the management will let you help feed them. The residence boasts top of the line appliances and everything you need to enjoy an island stay. Plus, free garage parking for your vehicle. I feel like I need to repeat that: Free parking. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo rental to anyone planning a vacation on Oahu.

Great stay in Ko olina

We really enjoyed the stay. It offered spatious and well equiped kitchen. Table for 6 to enjoy meals together, spatious balcony, great views. Balcony is on side of pools and bbqs, south i guess. To see the sunset, this time of year, would would need to go outside.Appartment had two bedrooms with big beds.Overall i would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and this place was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything and then some for cooking. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs etc.

Would highly recommend!

Great location if you are looking for a condo versus hotel rooms. The spacious condo was perfect for a family of four. The condo was well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and towels. While there aren’t any restaurants on the premises, it was an easy walk to restaurants in the adjacent resorts. It’s also an easy walk to the shopping center with Starbucks, restaurants and a small market. We loved it and would definitely book this again over any of the nearby resorts.

Lovely unit and beautiful location! All appliances very updated! Loved the recliner s although hard for this 75 yr old to manually move. Thankful for beach/pool towels and beach chairs (taller needed for our age) and laundry! A cart to carry things to beach would be an asset. Arrived to find coffee and filters😀….if only my submitted questions prior would have been answered, would have saved packing towels! Felt ignored😞 and check in rather redundant after online forms. Great welcome upon check in!

Great location condo unit at beautiful property

This was our second stay at this property in the last 8 years. The overall property was almost new the first time, and has aged well since. Two pools three hot tubs and just steps from a kid-perfect beach lagoon. Less than a mile from the Disney Resort and Four Seasons. Check in was efficient and friendly, underground reserved parking spot was nice, communication with the host was great and the unit was clean and well stocked with amenities and cooking/eating necessities. Bedding, linens and towels were all good quality. Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms were pretty new. Appliances in the kitchen worked great. Only suggestion for improvement is to replace the rugs and seating in the living room and dining room. It is all functional but showing a lot of wear and tear, which is out of sync with how nice the rest of the unit is.

The location of the property is fantastic, the views exceptional. Pool area and surrounding areas very nice. That said, we did have some problems with the unit itself, and also with the property manager. In general the unit needs a little updating, paint on walls were scuffed, bar stools needed re upholstering, 1 recliner chair was broken, confusing myriad of switches that seemed to have no function, no wifi instructions. Any of these issues aren't a big deal, but in whole, given the premium price we were paying, I thought they should have been taken care of. Other than not being able to sit in broken recliner, the other issues seemed minor. The biggest problem was dealing with the property manager after we left. In an email a few days later she claimed that we had broken the chair and left excessive laundry for the cleaning crew and was going to keep all or part of the damage deposit. I called to protest-she wouldn't answer. I emailed her protesting her claims, saying the chair was broken on our arrival, and the only laundry we left were house towels and sheets, that should be part of the cleaning service that was charged. She responded saying, no, we broke the chair and would have to pay for its repair. Again, tried to call-no answer. I followed up with another email. A few days later, she emailed saying she and a friend were able to repair the chair themselves. She also admitted the unit needs updating. She did eventually refund the deposit, but insisted we broke the chair.

A slice of heaven

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Ko Olina- it was just perfect! We considered staying at one of the other properties here with our kids but so glad we opted for the relaxed pace at the Beach Villas. The condo is in a great location where you can see the beach, the pool, and the activity on the water, but it’s quiet! We were concerned about being over the pool and the noise level but it wasn’t bad at all- things close down very timely and the property management on site does a great job of making sure rules are adhered to. While we didn’t grill out on the grills on property, we really liked that they are thoroughly cleaned each and every day- they are literally disassembled and reassembled every day for cleaning. Access to the beach is perfect- you are footsteps away! And the lagoon is protected from the large waves which made it perfect for building sandcastles with the kids and snorkeling! The bar down near the water makes great drinks to watch the sunset right outside. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, each toys, and a cooler. My only wish would have been to have a beach cart like so many others to use to take things to/from the beach or to run down to the shops for supplies. Other than that, it had everything! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

Room was spacious. Balcony was large and had beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. Elevator was fast. Pool was unique and kept our 6 year old completely entertained. Loved the lagoon… great snorkeling. But we wish there was a restaurant and beach umbrellas.

This property was perfect. Access to 3 lagoons. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and a market. This villa was high enough not to be bothered by pool noise and had an awesome view. Live music at pool bar twice per week. Host was responsive. Great check in process. Home away from home! Would love to go back.

We loved this condo! It had so many things for the kids to do! Boogie boards, sand toys, snorkels, puzzles, etc. The view was fantastic and we sat on the lanai every night. The Ko’Olina area was so beautiful we can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful break in Ko Olina

This was the second time we have stayed at this property (different unit) and it certainly did not disappoint. What we love about it is that it is more quiet than a lot of Oahu, extra important during COVID. The unit is very well stocked and impeccable, the facilities (common areas, pool, beach) are all well maintained and clean. I highly recommend the villas in general, and this unit specifically too - amazing pool and ocean views. We will be back for sure!

First time on Oahu.

My family and I loved staying at the beach villa. We had a couple issues come up but I was able to text Denice and she responded quickly and resolved the issues right away. The villa was well equipped, the beds were comfy and you can’t beat the view! Highly recommend!!
