Amazing Oceanview at Beach Villas at Ko Olina

Looking to enjoying your vacation up close and personal with Hawaii's beautiful beaches and ocean? This oceanfront villa is the one for you! You'll be impressed with the spectacular unobstructed ocean view. It's one of the rare villas that is situated in the resort so the ocean and beach is right in front of you almost as if you can touch it!

This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 8th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B808). The villa faces northwest, and at certain times of the year you can enjoy the sunset from the lanai (end of winter through summer). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The spacious villa is 1,171 square feet with a 251 square foot lanai has a king size and two twin extra-long beds (option to combine together as a king), and sofa bed.

Perfect in so many ways!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) absolutely loved our stay. The view was wonderful, the space was clean and comfortable and the location was great. The lagoon was the perfect place to spend time in the ocean. We'd stay there again if the opportunity ever arises.

Amazing location and perfect place to stay

This property was immaculate, well located to have a quiet stay but also close enough to get into more populous areas. The lagoons were well taken care of. Our kids loved the pools. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The resort is beautiful, everything about the pool and beach could not be better. The accommodations were exactly as described and the condo had everything we needed. Walking the beach path, golfing and yummy food made this a perfect week in Ko Olina.

Amazing family vacation.

We loved staying at this location. We loved the resort feel of the property. Since we don’t like eating out for every meal while on vacation having a kitchen is a must for us. I loved the view from the lanai, best place to drink our morning coffee. There are shops and restaurants near by (walking distance). It’s the prefect place to stay on Oahu.

Fabulous accommodation on Oahu

Fantastic location with amazing views. Condo and resort property were immaculately kept. Resort contact was prompt with any questions we had. The lagoon in front of the resort was never crowded and water was beautiful. Great place to stay away from the crowds in Waikiki. My family was thanking me for choosing this condo!

Perfect Condo stay for our Wedding

The room had all the essentials to make for a perfect stay in Ko Olina. The view is beautiful from the patio, where we enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning. There were toys and beach supplies (chairs, mats, snorkel gear, boogie boards) that came in really handy down at the lagoon for the little ones. And the service downstairs at the Makai Hale Bar is great

Great family trip!

We stayed as a family (husband, my toddler, my mom and myself) and the setup was perfect to give our little family of 3 some privacy while also providing privacy and space for my mom. We all had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay - from the kitchen, to the laundry, we felt well equipped for the week. While the resort doesn’t have some of the amenities that others do, it’s a quick walk along a beach front paved path to reach the Marriott and Aulani to take advantage of their eateries and spa services. The gravel-bottom pool was great for our toddler, and the pool itself was fun, warm, and relaxing for all of us. Overall a really nice stay.

FABULOUS Condo at an Idyllic resort property!!!!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this well-appointed condo exceeded our expectations! High-end decor, well-supplied kitchen, and the perfect level to view the stunning scenery. And the location is fantastic; between two other resorts which you can visit by the scenic walkway, a short 15 minute walk to the bustling shopping/dining area, ability to witness indescribable sunrises and sunsets, and drivability to all tourists spots. This condo and trip surpassed our dreams of Hawaii! Mahalo!

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful unit! The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lagoons. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all the essential toiletries and bath accessories. What truly set this property apart was the dining table on the balcony. We enjoyed our dinners there every evening with stunning sunset views, creating unforgettable memories. We were even lucky enough to watch fireworks from the balcony during the Food and Wine Festival near the Disney resort—an unbelievably beautiful sight! On top of the incredible property, the owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making communication easy and pleasant. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday!

Spacious Beach Condo

Unfortunately we did not receive the tour for the facility so we had some issues with some of the appliances, but the maintenance staff responded rather quickly. The unit itself was very nice, updated, and spacious. There wasnt a vacuum in the unit so we were constantly sweeping the sand from the tile floors so we werent walking on it. The building only has a "front door" near the lobby, so beach access with this unit is a bit of a walk, especially when hauling beach equipment. Another noteworthy thing about the beach, they do not allow umbrellas due to the wind, so the only shade option in the lagoon is under the trees on the grass, or if you want to pay for a private set up with chairs and umbrella. The beds and furniture in the unit were very comfy. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Slice of Paradise at Ko Olina

After extensive research on what location would be best for our small family we decided on staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and we are so glad we did. This villa was perfect for our family of 5 including a 4 year old. The property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The location was extremely convenient and the fitness center, koi pond, and the lagoon are wonderful. The communication with the owner was perfect before our trip. Now on to the downsides, none of which were enough to spoil our trip…the room is starting to show its age. There is sign of a water stain indicating a leak in ceiling over the kitchen island, the one assigned parking space included with this reservation is very tight especially since we were traveling with a mini van, the cooling system is only so-so, in the guest room we had to keep the bedroom door open at night or it would get too hot and the bath exhaust fans do not work well leaving the bathrooms very steamy after a shower. Our experience with check in was okay. We were provided a phone number for Lynn and she sounded irritated when I called her when we landed at airport. She stated we should contact Shane whose number we did not have so she said he would text which he did not. The front desk had to contact Shane for us upon arrival. Once Shane arrived he was not the most personable and said he was very busy making us feel more like an inconvenience. Shane did help quickly when we had minor maintenance issue during our stay.

Summer 2023 at Ko’Olina

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The 2 pools & the beach lagoon added so much family time enjoyment. Not to mention the fitness center & lovely sidewalk’s to stroll or get in a brisk walk. The koi ponds are a great touch with the lush vegetation. The grounds are very well maintained. Check in time was 4:00. We called the property manager to let him know we had arrived on the island & he informed us we would be met upon check-in to have a tour of the property. We checked in at 4:00pm & were met at the front desk by our very kind tour guide who showed us to our unit. Our unit was not cleaned & ready for us. It was suggested by our tour guide that we could hang out by the pool areas & she would call us when the unit was ready. At 5:15 we still had not heard anything & proceeded to the front desk to find out when it would be ready. The front desk apologized & called the cleaning staff and our tour guide came right away. We got back up to the unit & it was still being cleaned. It had been a very long day of flying & we were a bit anxious at this point. Our tour guide apologized profusely that the room was not ready. The unit itself is a little walk from the elevator if you are wanting the convenience of the elevator near by. However, the view from the unit is spectacular. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay but wish the bedding had been lush as described on VRBO, not microfiber sheets. The furniture/furnishings are beginning to show wear & tear.

Our host was very welcoming and even provided a shower chair for my aged mother. This unit, BT808, is such a fantastic location! We loved being so close to the beach and the view from the lanai. It was amazing!We also loved how friendly the staff were every time we walked through the lobby. The gym was fantastic, and the pool with the sand on the bottom was perfect for our young grandsons. We would definitely stay here again.
