Lae Nani #222 - Wailua Beachfront with pool, tennis and amazing ocean views!

  • This two bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. The two bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed and each have an attached bathroom. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has all the tools you need to make a good meal. The wifi service is excellent and the smart tv has a built in Roku system for streaming movies. Laundry is available in the unit. Sleeps 4, no elevator and no AC in the unit but great trade winds.
    Building 2 has some of the best views in Lae Nani overlooking the lawn, pool, ocean, and mountains. The grounds are extensive and feature mature, tropical gardens and fish pond to enjoy. There are gas grills for your use by the pool. The beach here is gorgeous and depending on the season, has awesome little waves for learning to surf. There is also a small, protected beach area for the little ones to splash around.
    If you are looking for a great beach, pool, walking neighborhood, and lots of sunshine, Lae Nani 222 is just for you!
