Sunrise Central on the Beach! Only you and the view! Relax to the sound of waves

Step into a bright and happy newly renovated 2nd floor condo located on the East coast of Kauai. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Lots of closet space and dresser storage. Full tub and shower complete with towels, face clothes and soaps. Kitchen is equipped with full fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full range, toaster, blender, microwave and everything else your inner chef may require. Condo is equipped with high speed internet and a Smart TV (full channel line up). Master bedroom has Apple TV along with HDMI cable to hook up to a Laptop for Netflix etc.
The condo complex has a beautiful pool and outdoor shower to wash the sand and surf from your toes. Amazingly, the condo is situated right beside a coral reef which is bustling with life. It truly is paradise!
We recommend renting a car to see the rest of the island of Kauai. However, we are perfectly located right across the street from almost every amenity you could need. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, shopping, McDonalds, ice cream and the famous EastCoast Trail is right outside your back door.

Beautiful place to stay. Owner has made sure you have everything you need to have an amazing vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked with the tools to cook and eat in. Comfortable beds and storage to unpack your suitcase. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the patio every morning with coffee in hand. Already thinking about our next visit.

Amazing oceanfront condo

This wonderful condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kauai. It is very well maintained and in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ocean Experience

We loved this property. The views from the second story deck were perfect and felt very private. The constant sound of the waves was mesmerizing. The unit had everything a visitor needs, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, privacy, convenience to north and south shore locations. We couldn't have been happier with our time at this property and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely vacation

Nicely kept condo with pretty much everything you could need during a vacation! Nice location too (easy to walk to Safeway, Kenji Burger, and shave ice!). Plus an amazing view of the ocean! Host was easy to contact and responsive. Thanks for having us!

Great central location

The condo was great, clean and very well stocked. Sheila was attentive to our needs and made sure that we did not need anything. It was a great central location for all the activities we wanted to do whether to the south or north of the island.

What a fantastic stay!

This property is so great. It’s steps from the beach, can literally hear the waves from bed. Great tv, internet, w/d and kitchen setup. Felt like a home away from home. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend staying here. Walking distance is restaurants, grocery store, and shaved ice

Great condo on the beach

Wonderful views especially during sunrise. The breezes off the ocean always kept the condo cool with refreshing smells, and the constant sounds of the ocean put you to sleep at night. Beautiful beaches to walk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook in most days. The hot water availability was a bit iffy but I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo

This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We spent every morning and evening on the deck enjoying the amazing view of the beach, and we fell asleep to the crashing waves. We really enjoyed the central location, as well. We could easily walk to anything we needed and we found it easy to drive up to Hanalei or down to Lihue for the day. We also enjoyed the books in the side table, especially the one about hiking on Kauai and the Kauai visitors guide. The condo was spotlessly clean! Thank you for an amazing week in Kauai! We’ll be back and hope to stay with you again!

Celebrating 70

I have stayed in units at this establishment for at least 25 years and this unit, Sunrise Central on the Beach. is by far my favorite! Hopefully, I will continue to stay in this unit for many years to come. You can't beat the incredible views and sunrises from your lanai. The tradewinds only enhance this remarkable unit. It's as close to perfect as you can get!

A perfect place to explore Kauai

We absolutely loved the condo. Well located in Kapa’a, with all service easily accessible by walking. Just next to the beach, easy to take a coffee during the sunrise, or stay on the lawn chair on the balcony to watch the stars. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve seen on a vacation home. As a family of 3, it the best condo or home we ever rented. The owner was quick to resolve a minor issue and really efficient. We’re giving 5 stars! We had a few extras like the beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bosrds, beach towels, beach mat, parasil and cooler. Everything needed for a beach day.

Amaziing view

Condo has an amazing view! Centrally located in Kapaa. Worked great for three people. Did not realize it did not have AC. Ocean breeze kept the temperature comfortable while we were there....fans were provided. Hot water takes 5 to 10 minutes to warm up. Owner was quick to respond when contacted. Coolers, chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear were provided.

The most comfy spot in paradise

This was the perfect home base for our vacation! This place had everything we needed for our family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed to do a bit of cooking avoid eating out all the time. Though you could do that too as there are plenty food options within a short drive. Grocery, ABC and shave ice are right across the road for the essentials. The pool was so lovely to enjoy every day. The east side was breezier and cooler than the scorching south which we loved, but almost no rain during waking hours at the end of March. Nothing better than cooling down with those trade winds blowing through the condo. Absolutely do not need AC! I miss falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Property manager was very responsive and attentive the rare time we needed her. If we’re lucky enough to return to Kauai one day, we hope we’re lucky enough to snag this place again. Thank you for our fabulous stay!
