We call it `The Coconut`! Very Central East Side location , well appointed one bedroom condo, walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace in the heart of Kapa`a`s Coconut Coast . This location affords you the convenience of proximity to the Ocean , downtown Kapa`a, and driving equidistant to points North , South and West on Kaua`i. Great post if you are an explorer! The grounds are lush with plumeria and ginger blossom trees and an easy walk to see the Sunrise over the Pacific Ocean .

Living Room with Sleeper Sofa, coffee table, and TV with cable A dining table for 2 and 2 cushioned stools at breakfast bar. Sliders to Lanai, and wall ac unit. Ample lighting and ceiling fan. Kitchen is galley style with ceiling fan with open counter to breakfast bar, cooktop and oven , microwave and full size refrigerator., with coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Bedroom has wall to wall carpet and sliders to Lanai, King size platform bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, full size closet, and bamboo dresser. Bathroom has a long counter and single sink, and separate water closet with large tiled shower and toilet. AC in living room is vented to bedroom and additional fans are supplied.

Full use of condo and lanai, and common area pools and shuffleboard court.

Super convenient Central East side Location. Walk to the Coconut Marketplace and the Ocean, as well as, Longs Drug, Safeway and Starbucks. Waipouli-Wailua, Kapaa, midway point to drive North Shore or South Shore and West Side of island. Only 15 minutes from Airport.

Free Parking for one vehicle

Laundry room is just outside the unit and may be accessed with code provided and laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.
The room has a King Bed, in the bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room, and is listed for a maximum of 2 guests, but if you wish to add up to 2 additional guests, you may request for an added $75 per night per guest
