Great place

Place was in the perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, walking path right behind us along the beach. The condo had everything we needed and host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice spot

We liked the layout of the condo, and being on the ground floor and having the beach and Coconut Grove shopping a short walk away was a plus. The Kapaa area is our favorite place to stay in Kauai.

Just Beachy was the perfect location for us on Kauai. The property was very nice and easy to navigate. Everything that we needed (and more) was provided in the unit. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bowl of cereal in the morning!! Walls are pretty thin so if you are a light sleeper be prepared. Check in desk location was a little confusing. We aren’t super picky people so Just Beachy was perfect for us😁😁

When traveling to new locations, there is always a sense of hesitation and lack of trust; however, this was simply amazing. Everything was comfortable, all appliances worked, the rooms were amazing, and just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was ample throughout the day. The location was perfect. 5-10 minutes to some amazing beaches and activities. We enjoyed walking to the ABC market, the pop up farmers market with fresh fruit, Jo Jo’s shave ice, and other really good restaurants. As for my kids experience, it was wonderful!! There was enough space for some downtime personal activities. They provided some great family board games. The wireless network worked without issue; with the ability to stream on either of the large TVs. There is large grassy area where the kids loved to run around and watch all the amazing birds. We are already planning our next stay and definitely will return.

Well done condo but...EXTREMELY LOUD air conditioner noise

The condo is exactly as pictured, very nicely done and in a good location for walking to restaurants and shops. We appreciated the beach bag and towels, cooler, water filter pitcher, well stocked kitchen and full sized refrigerator.The icy cold air conditioning was wonderful, the only down side was that the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud and so it was hard to go to sleep. When it kicked off it was nice and quiet but then when it started up again it jolted you awake, I'm not exaggerating, unless you are a heavy sleeper and/or fall sleep very easily this unusually loud old air-condition unit will bother you. Even watching TV we had to turn the volume up. That is the only reason for it not being a 5 star experience, everything else was great!

This was a perfect accommodation for our family of 2 (mom and son).Biggest plus: 3 pool options and 1st floor access.East side allows easy planning for activities to the North and South.The condo was EXACTLY as described. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. You don't need to bring anything, except clothes. They stock everything, including laundry detergent!Plenty of warm water for showers with good water pressure.The beds are firm. I like a softer mattress, but it was fine for vacation.Other tenants were very friendly and welcoming. This is a condo environment, so locals live in some of the other units.Parking was easy and never an issue. Spaces are smaller than on mainland, but this is true everywhere on the island, not just here.The beach access is a nice walk through tall grasses and the beach is sandy and walkable. The only negative is the noise. The tenant above us was NOT noisy, but just them walking in their apartment was loud. The air conditioner was awesome and needed, but is also loud. Might be a problem for light sleepers.Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this space!!

Kauai Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The room has everything you need for a week or short trip to Kauai. The room is very clean, the kitchen is fully functional, and it has a comfy living room with AC.

We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped (including beach equipment). The owners decorated this apartment really well and we felt at home. It is located a few steps from several shops and a complex where there are cultural activities (shows, classes, etc.). Strategic location for visiting the north and south of the island.

This location is perfect! Very central to several activities and restaurants, most easily within walking distance (even with kids). The nearby beach is beautiful, the pool was a nice extra for when it got to be too late or cool for the beach, and having the convenience of the laundry room made packing to come home so much easier. The coconut marketplace nearby was a dream-everything all in one place and family friendly! The unit itself had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and made for a nice lading pad at the end of busy fun days out and about. It was rainy a couple days and it was cozy while we hid out from the storms. Over all highly recommend and hope to be back to stay again!

Loved the "Just Beachy" condo

The Just Beachy condo is located in a lovely resort area. The general location is convenient to all parts of Kauai. We loved the decor inside the condo. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Long Awaited Honeymoon

Just Beachy at Plantation Hale D7 wasexactly as expected and then some! It took us 27 years to finally make it to Hawaii and so glad we chose Kauai.

Place was great. Clean and would stay again. Everything was as listed. Only complaints one hot tub was broke and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Two no parking pass provided until second to last day. We did get a warning ticket. But overall great place great location!!
