Loved the view and sound of waves breaking on the beach. Slept on sofa bed in living room (remarkably comfortable) to be able to sleep with that in the background. Close to highway but that was ok, sound of waves covered car noise. Convenient location, close to walking/biking trail, shopping, restaurants and farmers market.

Great Stay

This condo was fantastic. Beautiful view, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus is that it is literally across the street from Passion Bakery Café which we enjoyed a few times, especially their malasadas! We really enjoyed our stay hear and would highly recommend.

Beautiful location

We were impressed with the cleanliness. The view from the lanai was wonderful. Well equipped. Air conditioning in bedroom only. Bed very firm and hide-a-bed bot very comfortable.

Beautiful Ocean View and Comfortable

Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also.

Very well managed, property grounds beautifully maintained. The pool is salt water, clean and beautiful. It was a smaller pool but nevr crowded. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course beaches.

Great Condo - Great Location!

Wailua Bay View was perfect for us! Great condo with everything you need for a short or long stay. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai in the mornings and drinks and pupus in the evening watching the gorgeous ocean surf. So many great restaurants, beaches and shopping all within walking distance.

Kauai 2024

The condo was like home away from home with a beach view. I usually stay at hotels and was pleasantly surprised to see the goodies provided including laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs & umbrella, extra beach bags, boogie boards, and more. Not sure if this is normal. The property and condo were clean. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful & Comfortable Ocean View

The location was central to all the places we wanted to go in Kauai, the couch and bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and so many extras - from a beach bag to mosquitoes repellent. Cindy was very responsive and helped us with our needs. A perfect place for us to stay on our first visit to the Garden Isle!

Great condo great view very comfortable

We really enjoyed the condo as a base to see the Island, we did a great self guided car tour of Waimea Canyon. We also visited Poipu beach and appreciated the beach at the condo as it’s not a crowded madhouse like Poipu. We enjoyed the little bakery across the street and the Olympic restaurant in town. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed and pillows comfy. The beach chairs and umbrella were great!

Great Place in Kauai!

This rental has a great location and amazing view of the bay! The property was clean and quiet. Everything you need for your stay is provided. I was surprised at how much was thought of in stocking this property. Much better than other rentals we have used. Restaurants and shopping are close and easy to get to. Washer and dryer inside the unit was also a plus.

Beautiful views

I stayed in the unit for a business trip. The unit looks just like the photos. Unit was clean and with an amazing view of the ocean. I would stay again if I can get this unit on my next business trip.

Excellent Stay!

We loved staying in unit 104! The view from the lanai is beautiful; we really enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves (and the chickens!). The A/C in the bedroom was a plus, and the washer and dryer in the unit was really handy! Kitchen was stocked with basic cookware, and it was nice to have a dishwasher as well. Location is great too, right in the middle of things, but we never felt it was loud. Thank you for a wonderful introduction to Kauai!

Great Stay

I went to Kauai with my partner to elope and have our honeymoon. This was an excellent place to stay for us. They had everything from hairdryer to iron and ironing board for our preparations. The unit was spotless and enough linen and supplies for the entire 8 day stay. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The condo complex is also very well kept, and has a beautiful view. The unit manager was prompt with our questions. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. Thank you!

Great Oceanfront Condo in Kauai

We enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront condo. Everything is as advertised. The only sounds you hear are the waves and the roosters. It's in a good location on the Coconut (east) coast of Kauai, so not a long drive to either end of the island, and there are some good restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and had our favorite things - Keurig coffee maker, good coffee mugs, wine glasses, and even Champagne flutes. If we get back to Kauai we'd definitely stay here again.
