Amazing views from this ground floor, corner unit steps from the beach!

Enjoy a piece of heaven from this ground floor corner unit with quartz counter tops, tile flooring, washer and dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 twins in the second bedroom and all the linens furnished for the beds. Bath towels and beach towels are furnished as well as beach chairs and toys. For the wee ones there is a pack n play.

The living space has a love seat with2 additional chairs for lounging. The breakfast bar has 4 barstools, although we prefer to eat all our meals on the lanai!

The best part of this amazing unit is the view! The lanai is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings while you watch the beautiful sunrises and have a quiet dinner in the evenings. Both bedrooms have windows facing the Sunrise in the east. There is no air conditioning, however, with this being a corner unit, and right on the ocean, there are wonderful ocean breezes that keep the unit cool and comfortable. We also have a floor fan in each bedroom and ceiling fans should they be needed if the trade winds die down. The beach is probably not swim-able for most people. Although the ocean is only chest deep from the beach to the reef, it can get rough and can have strong currents. Just south of Kauai Kailani are several nice swimming beaches depending on your water skills.

Kauai Stay

Great location

We spent 6 nights in this condo in March 2025. The back patio, which is quite open to the public is right near the beach with an amazing view. The condo had all necessary amenities and is in a great location. Short walk to groceries, restaurants and a great VIP Sweets bakery. Kaap’a was a great choice for a Kauai vacation. Would definitely stay again if I was going back to the US.

Beautiful location and nice condo well stocked for traveler

My daughter and 2 yr old granddaughter loved this condo and location so close to the beach and with a wonderful ocean view. With the easy access to the ocean and the ground floor lawn yard it was great for us and our toddler!I appreciate all of the gear for the beach and snorkeling and also the pack and play and the high chair for our toddler.

Condo was great and was ground level corner unit right on ocean. Sheila was super helpful. Centrally located to swimming beaches and snorkeling. Perfect for family of four to stay and eat meals overlooking the ocean.

Condo in paradise

The condo is the best unit in the complex. Right on the beach with beautiful views of the coastline. Everything you need for a stay is available. New washer/dryer and all other amenities. Short walking distance to supermarket and shops, short drive to the airport, and centrally located on the east coast for easy access to all tourist destinations on the island.

Simply Amazing

We have rented a lot of short term rentals all over. This may be the best value we have ever rented. I normally approach where I stay as “it’s just where I sleep” but we found the views and the comfort of this unit so wonderful, we actually adjusted some of our plans to spend more time there. We even ate almost every meal there because the views were better than any restraint we could find. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was hard to leave and we already want to go back.

Spring Break Stay

We stayed 6 nights in Kapa'a and had a fantastic time. The rental was comfortable and had everything we could need. I especially liked the comfy outdoor loveseat on the lanai. There is a closet with beach chairs, masks, fins, and snorkel stuff which was nice. There's a washer and dryer which we also liked. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We could hear the ocean at night, so nice! Since this is a ground floor unit people do walk by on their way to the beach but we didn't mind. We spent lots of time sitting outside enjoying the view and hanging out with the chickens and local birds.

Really liked the location of this condo on the property and on the island. An obstructed view of the ocean within steps of the beach. A well equipped kitchen and lots of "take to the beach" stuff. Within walking distance of Kapaa and a major grocery store right across the street. Nice to have a washer/dryer on premises. A dresser in the bedroom(s) would be nice even if in the large closet(s). 5 stars for Sheila (housekeeping services). Easy and communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Stays with waves!

My family and i, [myself, wife and mother.] The place was easy to find and conveniently located near both local shops and a chain grocery. Our rental unit was the corner unit closet to the beach/water. At approximately 20 feet from eaither doorstep/patio and another 20 or so feet to the water. The constant sounds of ebb and flow waves. Along with a steady breeze the combo of noise made where it was easy to slip into a brief nap inside the unit or outside in the beach side chairs or pool. I had never had such a relaxing vacation stay. The unit has amenities necessary for an extended stay : washer/dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc (check listing for all.) I will be looking to book this unit again, should i get a chance to return to Kauai.

Great Oceanfront Kauai Condo

This oceanfront property was everything we were looking for for our week-long getaway. The condo was clean, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed - towels (beach and bath), beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and coolers to carry our lunches and drinks. All appliances were new - oven/stove, fridge, and washer/dryer, which, in particular, we made good use of. Loved sitting on the lanai each morning with breakfast and coffee, and each evening with beverages (we stocked up on essentials at the Safeway right across the street!)…just steps from the ocean! Owner Susan was very accommodating and quick to respond by email; and we met the property managers, Sheila and another gentleman (didn’t catch his name)- super-nice folks! We look forward to our next visit to Kauai - will definitely look to book this same unit! Mahalo!

Kauai Kilani I01

We love this place as my parents were one of the original investors back in the late 60s!!! It is centrally located to both ends of the island. However our unit did not have ample papertowels, tp or garbage bags for our two week stay. We supplied the extra tp. Had to ask for the other items. Our remote did not work for local tv channels even when Shiela brought in a new box. My suggestions would be to have fans available and a safe for the unit. We are use to humidity but several other families we talked to were not, and were uncomfortable. We felt bad for them. We enjoyed meeting the property managers. Hoping the beach comes back!!!!

What a wonderful experience!

This was our first trip to Hawai'i, and it was our 25th anniversary. So I wanted the trip to be the best. Thanks to Susan, it was even more than that! We stayed a week, and we loved every minute of it. The location was perfect...right on the beach, 20 feet from the sand. The sound of the waves was so soothing, and sitting out on the lanai to watch the world go by was just what we needed. We had a full kitchen, and I was able to make some delicious meals when we weren't eating at one of the area's excellent restaurants that Susan recommended. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. We didn't even use the television, but the living room was cozy. The shower had a great shower head, unlike the paltry ones at most of the hotels. And the ocean breeze was just perfect in the condo. Susan was very attentive and friendly. I love a property owner who is truly invested in the property, and wants to do everything they can to ensure their customer is satisfied. On this particular trip, the washing machine wasn't working (and there was a shortage of new ones on the island). But we were able to work around that (and even had the offer of their property manager, Sheila, do laundry for us if needed). Ultimately, we didn't need it, and Susan still refunded us part of our money because of the "inconvenience". That is customer service! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Kauai. A million Mahalos!
