Public transportation is available via the city bus. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible. For exploring the island, consider renting a car, or you can find bike rentals nearby.



Other Things to Note:

This is a private, gated condo community. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A rental agreement must be signed before your stay. Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the condo or on the lanai; a $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. Free parking is available on site and on the street.

We had the BEST time. The accommodations were spot on and the management company was very attentive. We loved that this was a small condo complex so it felt very private and was quiet. The condo was also very conveniently located to see the entire island. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay!

Couldn’t have been better! Unit was immaculate and stocked with everything we could have needed. Location can’t be beat, central to everything. Sunrise view every morning was a highlight. Communication from property management was top notch. Our family had a perfect stay and we will definitely return.

We loved our time here… we had a well-stocked kitchen, and beach accessories galore! Bed was comfy, tv/satelite worked great, grilling outdoors was amazing! Prop mgr was super responsive and we felt safe here. We would definitely stay again! Mahalo!!

Perfect location

Perfect location, right on the water with a lovely view, semi private little cove to enjoy the sunrise on the beach or higher up around the pool area. Convenient location to drive north and south on the island for different excursions and activities. This place had wonderful showers, and great living space to socialize inside and outside.

Oceanfront Home Away From Home

Beautiful spot! Felt secluded with view of ocean. Beach area is limited. House is lovely with upscale furnishings and bedding. Nicely appointed kitchen for those that like to cook some meals while on vacation - we do and loved that! This ocean front home makes you feel just that - at home. Highly recommend.

Amazing Kauai place

Everything was perfect: location, property, amenities (even beach gear), welcome gifts!, amazing pool, amazing views and small beach few steps away. Perfect location that allows you to head north or south depending on activities or weather. Super close to town for restaurants, supermarkets and more The house is perfect, with everything you will ever need and more. And great communication with the managers We hope we will come back soon

Gorgeous condo in a perfect location

We enjoyed every part of our stay in this condo. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. The view from the lanai is fantastic and we watched giant turtles playing in the surf below us every afternoon. The communication with the Management company was great, they answered every question we had quickly amd were very helpful. We will definitely be back next time we are in Kauai

Absolutely beautiful

The Home was in the perfect location. We loved our mornings overlooking the ocean watching turtles play. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. And centrally located on the island with easy drives to the North or South. The condo itself had everything you want at home. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were super comfortable. I can’t say enough about how much we loved it. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Great view and location.

The Wailua House was a perfect location for our 40th anniversary. When we walked in that orange door and saw our view, we were in awe of the closeness of the ocean. The unit was surrounded by gorgeous foliage that makes it feel private. We slid back the triple door and let the breezes and ocean sounds in. Heaven! We loved the short walk down the stairs to the beach. There were huge logs to sit on and watch the surfers. It was also a short walk to the bigger beach to the south. We appreciated the amenities this condo included. The kitchen is well stocked, organized and labeled. The beds were comfy and a/c in bedrooms kept us cool. The jacuzzi tub was my favorite but hubby liked the big tile showers. There were bbq in the common area and a salt water pool to enjoy. It was close to some restaurants and mini store/ gas station, but main shopping is about a mile north. Perfect location for us. We did not want to leave! Mahalo for sharing this home!

Paradise for our epic family vacation!

This condo was amazing for our family of six. We had a beautiful ocean view we enjoyed every morning and the saltwater pool was incredible. Our family spent our days exploring the island's beaches and hiking trails: this is a great central place to come home to if you are wanting to see different sides of the island. I fully took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was imperative after all that exploring! Lots of wonderful amenities (beach chairs, Brita water filters, coolers, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher) came in clutch to make our trip more comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found it to be accommodating. The bedrooms have air conditioners and they are wonderful. However, the pull out couch in the living room may be a warm for an adult to use. It worked great for our kids: my hot-blooded sons never complained as there is a floor fan and a ceiling fan. We were close to many amenities per car: several restaurants, 15 minutes from wal-mart, 2 minutes from a popular shopping mall, less than five minutes from several beaches, 15 minutes from the airport. Enjoy!!

Aloha Manor

This unit is centrally located between the northside (Hanalei Bay) and the westside (Waimea Canyon) and provided all the essentials to make a 7 day stay comfortable. Accessing the unit was easy using a keypad versus a physical key, and the assigned parking spot made it easy to get to the unit via a short walkway. You have a bakery across the street and a shopping center (doubles as an outdoor amphitheater with free entertainment on certain days and a weekly farmer’s market) within walking distance with restaurants, shops and a mini mart. My disappointment came when I could not locate an actual thermostat to control the central A/C unit which had vents in each room, leaving us to only have access to the A/C units in both bedrooms. There was only two evenings that proved to be too warm and muggy to sit in the living room, so we spent those evenings sitting on the lanai which was well furnished with two loungers and a full-size table with 4 chairs. The beach which is shown in the photo is not one that you want to spend any time on. The sand is more like fish tank gravel that sinks with each step you take, not to mention the full-size dead tree blocking your enjoyment. You will have to walk past two properties via the same beach access to be in a more respectful (but small) beach area. If you want to be at a real beach, visit the nearby Lydgate State Park which is great for swimming, picnicking, and snorkeling in two protected lagoons. The pool was very nice & very close.

Kauai 50th Wedding Anniversary

We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The quiet setting and pool letting us look out over the ocean was wonderful. The staff did an excellent job responding to a few concerns that came up. ( Technical issues out of the hands).

Great place!!

The property was great. Very spacious, comfortable condo. Good ocean view and direct access to small beach. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Good, central location on the island. Only negative was that the condo listing said 'A/C', but the A/C was only in the bed rooms. Main living areas were not air conditioned but during our stay the whole unit was comfortable if you had the glass wall open, and it was truly a full glass wall. High recommend this unit.

This is a lovely unit in an incredibly beautiful spot! The unit is very well equipped and has all the amenities one would want. When we had difficulty with the TV in the unit, the manager worked with the owner to authorize a new one! The views are outstanding and the pool is perfect! Being within walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace is a nice addition. Mahalo for letting us stay!

Whorten family vacation

Great location of the entire property and I really liked where our unit was kinda tucked away. I couldn't see the pool though so something to consider if you have kids etc... The place was clean and any staff we interacted with were really great folks.
