"Everything about this property was nice and some cases better than expected. The only negative is that on the day we were leaving, at 8:30 in the morning, well before the 11 AM checkout time, while my husband was half dressed in the bathroom and I was half dressed in the kitchen, new guests entered our room with their pass key. They have been given access to the room without the front deck changing the digital card key and without being told check in time is at 4 PM. what a shock to have strangers walking into our room while we’re still there! That’s bad management. The key should’ve been changed. Also the guest should’ve been notified room won’t be ready until four. When we did check out and I told the front desk about this, they said oh I’m sorry. I’ll tell the management."

"We were at the property for the biggest storm in 95 years and they did such a good job of keeping things safe for us and getting the hot tub and pool up and running as soon as possible when the storm settled down. We had a great time. Room was very clean, it was quiet, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect oceanfront location with everything we needed for our stay. The bed is very comfortable, the appliances are plentiful, the shower terrific. The condo is within walking distance to some good restaurants. Beaches are close by and are free. The host has thought of everything to make our stay excellent."

"All of staff was very friendly through out the whole stay. Very accommodating when it came to extending day for late check out since my flight was at 9pm. Grounds were kept up even when first Kona low came through. "

"Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii."

"My family and I stayed here for a week in February and everyone was impressed by the property. The rooms are huge and there is plenty of outdoor space to relax and hang out. The property, itself, is gated off from the main road with a passcode required to enter, which made us feel extra comfortable with the kids running around. The private beach was easily accessible and a highlight for the kids who played on it for at least an hour a day. The property also comes with loads of beach toys and snorkle gear.Every room has an amazing view of the ocean. From the deck we were able to see whale breaches and sea turtles plus a plethora of rainbows. The host was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host even offered to replace a rusty outdoor table without us requesting him to do so.The next time we come to Maui, this house will be our go-to choice to stay in again. Highly recommended! "
