"I love the bathroom layout. The room, floors, etc were super clean. The breakfast was includedand thefood options were far superior to the continental style breakfasts that they have at other hotel chains like Marriott nf Hilton. This facility was also situated right across from the mall, so zhopping anx food options are readily available."

"the location is convenient, close to subway and shopping areas. A bottle of soft drink was left on the 7th floor hallway table for over two days and the cleaning team did not take it away. It is very unusual for a 5 stars hotel to see waste items left in the hallway noticed. What I do not like to that when we tried to charged our drink to the room before we left the bar, we were told to pay deposit for drinks before we could charge it to the room. I have never heard about making food deposit to be able to charge to the room. Again, this is very unusual for a 5 star hotel."
