Felt like home
Ashley went above and beyond to make sure that my vacation to KC was perfect. Brick Loft is located near many local established for entertainment & food & I couldn’t have been happier with the home like feel of the apartment.
Visiting KC for a ballgame. Location was great. Convenience with the street car is very nice. Shop, restaurants, brewery and river walk was great! Walking the dog even late at night felt safe
The location of this property was great! We were close to a streetcar stop and the River Market. It was easy to check in and out. (Other places we have stayed in Kansas city have had complicated directions and this one was simple.) The loft style was perfect for just the two of us!
My Huaband and I loved the location! Walking distance to City Market and Betty Rae’s ice cream.. we also had an Electric rental car and there were chargers within walking distance also. We paid for a parking space also which was so worth it it gets busy down there on the weekend and parking on the weekend gets challenging at certain times of the day. Place was super cute had a really cool vibe. Ashley made everything so easy was easier than renting a hotel! Will definitely be back.
We had never been to this exact part of KC, but after this stay, we love it!
It is Close to a great farmers style market, a nicely shaded park and a lot of diverse restaurants.
This specific loft is more like a smaller studio apartment, with a bed, an air mattress & a couch.
It worked fine for my wife and two kids.
The property manager was great with instructions and communicated well before, during our stay.
I recommend the designated parking space as well as I could see parking being hard to find.
The neighborhood is nice and friendly.
We’d stay here again.
5 min walk from the city market, perfect for a quick getaway or something longer. We came for a little weekend away for husband’s birthday. We were able to bring our dogs. The building is dog friendly and we hardly heard any of the other dogs. If you want a reserved parking space the host is able to provide you with a permit for a small fee. Kitchen is a full kitchen and they have provided the basics you would need in utensils and cookware. Our host Ashley was great with communication and I found her instructions for everything clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back for another quick getaway.

Great unit in great location [except for the parking situation]. Parking was unexpectedly challenging and frustrating. After 45 min. my daughter stood in a spot and saved it for us. Probably not the safest thing we’ve ever done. Unit needs a deep cleaning and the rugs need to be refreshed.
