The Parkville Nook

Looking for the perfect place to spend the holidays?

The Nook is a newly renovated, single family home in downtown Parkville. The Nook offers a spacious floor plan, 2 private decks, and a large backyard. It is the perfect place for a couples get away or family vacation.

We offer high speed internet, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a fire pit! The TV is equipped with an Amazon fire-stick.

We love hosting and offering the perfect get away location! Parkville is the best small town with all of the big city amenities! The Nook is 15 minutes from the Kansas City Airport and just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City.

Very nice property

This unit has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Really loved the interesting backyard with an "observation deck" to watch the birds and enjoy the nature. We also liked the ability to park close to the front door for easy access. We will stay here again! The owner is very responsive in a timely manner.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was outstanding and everything was even more beautifully decorated than the pictures! A perfect home for our stay

This home was at the end of a dead end street, so very quiet. Bordered with trees. Loved that it was an easy walk from the historic downtown Parkville, fun for walking. Heather was a perfect host, responded to the couple of questions I had immediately. I'd stay here again, and hope to next time we're visiting the relatives in Parkville.

This cute house is a gem! It’s at the end of a quiet street backing up to a wooded area. Very peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and was perfect for our stay.

Great Location!

The "Parkville Nook" is such a relaxing home, in a wonderful location. It is nicely appointed with plenty of towels and linens. The area was quiet, and the yard, creek and nearby trees were great! The communication from the host was outstanding! Heather was very timely in providing information. We had a nice time, and definitely plan to return!

Comfortable, restful, pretty place

Simply furnished, restful and very comfortable place! Really nice kitchen area with a big counter ; great if you cook. One of the more comfortable beds I've come across too! Love the little babbling brook in the back yard; it was fun to watch the birds enjoying it. Really nice spot. One note: it's all wood floors, so if you have a dog, bring a couple blankets and a bed for them to lay on.

Parkville Gem!

What a wonderful getaway and weekend retreat! This is only a couple of blocks from Parkville’s quaint Main Street. Great boutiques and restaurants! By far my favorite part of the trip was the walk along the river and through the City Park!! Breath taking sunrise and great walking paths. We live in the KC area, but this place is perfect for a staycation. The house is so wonderful. Made an amazing breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. The fire pit was filled with wood and ready to enjoy. Thank you so much for sharing this gem!!
