    After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.

    Strict occupancy limit: 2 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
