Fantastic Stay

The house was wonderful! Old mansion completely updated. So comfortable with everything well done and convenient. We had a question and Amber answered immediately and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The upstairs covered porch was a favorite place for our family to relax. Will make sure to recommend this property to family and friends!!

Coworkers stayed for a business trip

Four of us stayed in the condos for a business trip we had in KC. It saved us money on a hotel room for each person and we still had our own bedrooms/bathroom. It was also nice to have areas we could eat together and watch TV. All in all, it was a nice space!

Loved the stay

Nice house in an up and coming part of KC. Great access to downtown. Plenty of cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. 18 minute drive to Arrowhead (in the earlier tailgating hours)! Nice for our group that it is separated into two distinct floors with separate entrances.

Wonderful Property and Convenient Location

We needed somewhere to stay near the hospital where my son was receiving cancer treatments. But due to our large family, no hotel would reasonably accommodate us. Yet this wonderful property and its owners came to our rescue. There is plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a convenient location.

Great Place To Stay

This is a well equipped multilevel duplex home with plenty of rooms, off street parking and access to both residents. Amber was a great host and very responsive to any inquiry or concerns we had. Great Historical Place

Our whole family needed to come together in Kansas City for a funeral and this was a great house for us to gather. We had a couple of minor issues, but Amber was very responsive and got them taken care of quickly. The house has the charm of an older house, but has been updated nicely so we were very comfortable. They also stocked the kitchen and bathroom with many nice-to-have items that most vacation rentals do not. We would definitely book this house again if we have an occasion to visit KC!

Roomy house with comfortable beds and friendly owner!

We visited from out of town as a group of 9 adults to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house is conveniently located, both with immediate amenities within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to every thing else we wanted to see and do in KC. The beds were especially great, normally I wake up with back pain while traveling, but had none of that this week! Amber was responsive and accommodated some extra requests, as well. Thank you!

The house was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and great host communication. Furniture not terribly comfortable. However, the biggest disappointment of all was that this home was just two disconnected duplexes. You had to go outside to access either one of the living spaces aka a glorified hotel. We specifically booked this location to accommodate our entire party including children. The main draw was that we would be able to put the kids to bed and then have adult time away from them so they could sleep. However, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them in a separate duplex to do so.The neighborhood was quiet and it’s about a 10 minute drive to the Plaza. However, you will see homeless individuals just a few blocks away which isn’t terribly surprising given it’s a large city, just worth noting. The locks were also a bit hard to get to locked.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO gem, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The house was exactly as pictured – a charming haven that instantly made us feel at home. The kitchen setup was equipped with everything we needed to whip up delicious meals. From modern appliances to ample counter space, it was a joy to cook in such a well-appointed space. The beds were cozy and incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features of this property was the ample space it offered. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. Parking was a breeze, which is always a relief when traveling. The convenience of having ample parking space right at the property made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was exceptional. She responded promptly to all our inquiries and made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Her hospitality added a personal touch to our stay, making it clear that she genuinely cared about our experience. In conclusion, this VRBO property is a true gem for anyone seeking a delightful and comfortable retreat. The house, with its accurate representation in the photos, the well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, ample space, and hassle-free parking, exceeded our expectations.
