The wagon is secluded and nestled at the fork of two streams with accent lighted wilderness and cliffside scenery. Deck, Patio Table, BBQ, and open firepit provide an ambience with the outdoors to gaze at the stars. For bedding down, step inside the Conestoga to a King Bed, full bath and shower, TV, Star-Link internet, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, and a beautifully designed decor for 2 Adult guests maximum. Super clean, easy check in. They met us and took us directly to the wagon and showed us all the amenities. The A/C was phenomenal, bed was very comfy, lather bathroom than expected and the outside sitting space was serene!

The wagon was so amazing and comfortable! Air conditioning, satellite Tv, not to mention the beautiful scenery and fire pit. The bed was very comfortable! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be making this an annual trip!

The Conestoga wagon was a fun stay. My wife and I travel to Japan annually to see family, hike and sightsee. The trip to Peculiar, MO was the first time that I've seen lotuses in person which were growing outside of the office. Very cool. There was also an owl that was staying by the wagon which was pretty active at night. It added a fun element to our stay and made our time there memorable. The host was accommodating, timely and helpful. The people around the wagon were also very kind.

Perfect overnight stay

What a great experience for a quick getaway for our anniversary. The wagon is unique and cozy and the park was so peaceful and inviting. The hosts were fantastic and the check in process so seamless and personable. We have already suggested to lots of our friends and family.

So much fun!

So cute and clean. It’s tucked away in a private area of the RV park, backs up to tree/rock/creek area with a fire pit for relaxing and watching for wildlife. Really loved our stay!

Such a cool spot!

Unfortunately we were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to use the fire pit but we will be coming back for a second stay! The wagon is so unique and the host, Chris, tours you through and tells you all about it and the campground. Its beautiful and well stocked for a relaxing weekend. Definitely would recommend for people who want a fun stay or outdoorsy people.

Lovely Covered Wagon

Fantastic

My partner and I thought our stay was great. The wagon was a fun touch to our history museum trip, and Chris is very communicative. The location is suited perfectly for a romantic getaway and we couldn’t have been happier with our Vrbo pick.

Conestoga wagon stay was delightful

The property owner, Chris, and staff were wonderful from check-in to check-out. The wagon accommodations were well above what we had expected! They did not seem to spare any detail of comfort. It was such a great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Immediately on walking into the wagon, you realized how much thought and care the owners put into providing a comfortable setting for guest. We appreciated all the little extras from battery operated candles to sound cancelling machine.

Great Place!!

Great place, very clean, everyone was friendly and welcoming. the grounds are immaculate. The wagon surpassed expectations, a really neat place to stay, bed was exceptionally comfortable. We only stayed one night since we were on the road home, but if you want a place to stay in Peculiar, MO., this is definitely it. Thanks.

A great adventure!

We stayed two nights while visiting family. The Conestoga Wagon was comfortable and very thoughtfully appointed. Wendy checked us in. She was very friendly and informative. The patio was a great place, day and night, to enjoy the lovely setting. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Great trip! Basically all the essentials were included! It was very clean! Wendy even made sure we grabbed some fresh popcorn to snack on after we traveled in.
