We were in town for a long weekend for the Kansas City Chiefs game. The staff was helpful & was able to check in a little early. They did have a nice breakfast daily. Plenty of parking. No complaints. The room was clean.

From the moment I got there, I was greeted in a friendly manner by the desk clerk. He engaged me in conversation and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and made up nicely. I had a great view of the parking lot where my truck was and that was nice. The bed was comfortable and I would have slept great but super loud motorcycles on nearby I-70 would wake me up. Not the hotel's fault, just saying. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious and well maintained. Even during checkout, I was struck by how friendly the staff was. If I find myself in that area again, I know where I plan to stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The ceiling could have used repair. Even with the AC on, the room always felt very humid. For my liking, the beds were very hard.

The staff at the front desk (both the night we checked in, as well as a different guy in the morning) were excellent—really responsive and gave above & beyond customer service. Room was good. Wish the “pantry” and morning breakfast had a little more variety. Good coffee and helpful breakfast staff.

Room was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional because the eggs and sausage tasted good. They had very good orange juice and apple juice. Everything at breakfast was very clean Hot coffee with all sorts of creamers.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. However my two biggest concerns were the windows being regular windows (dangerous if you have kids) you can open them with ease. Which brings me to my next issue. We had to open the window because the room smelled INTENSELY of air freshener/baby powder/floral and it got worse every time the air kicked on. My family are all very sensitive to fragrances (allergic/migraines) and this was a huge problem. It was coming out of the vent of the AC unit and made me sick the whole night. This was not something I have ever experienced in a hotel.

The room was heavily scented--like old lady perfume and the "gym" was one treadmill and a non-functioning elliptical machine. The gym was also very warm and the a/c didn't put too much air to cool it off. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable

We stayed with our puppy and everything was clean and room location was perfect for those frequent trips outside (walk down past two rooms and straight out the doors). Only complaint was the deodorizer used for cleaning was a bit heavy smell-wise. It definitely works, though.
