The Historic Country Club Plaza

Designed as the country’s first suburban shopping district intended for automobile traffic, the Country Club Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Inspired by Spanish marketplaces, Nichols began developing the area in 1907 and opened the first Plaza buildings in 1922. The nearest KC streetcar stop is less than a block away, and provides FREE rides from the Plaza to Union Station through the Power and Light District all the way to the City Market.

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
