Great Location!

Very close to a North KC wedding & Zona Rosa! We loved the location!!! Also spent time on the Line Creek walking/hiking Trail - virtually right at the end of the street! Very quiet neighborhood & friendly neighbors!!!

Good property for our family to stay together for a wedding in the KC area. Easy to get to the property and to the other places we needed to go to for the weekend. We liked the nature walk area that was close to the house.

Chiefs game

Stayed with siblings for a weekend for a Chiefs game. Place was awesome, good location, quiet neighborhood. It did have some stairs but that was okay. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for a family gathering or friends

We were 3 couples in a family to spend time with our parents. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept well. It was nice to have the driveway. The host was very responsive.

Great location for our family trip to KC. We were there mostly to have morning coffee & sleep at night, so accommodations were fine! Very basic supplies in kitchen & bathrooms but clean & great response from Walter.

Perfect place for a family stay

The place was clean and just as described. A little farther out than we wanted but there was plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Neighborhood was quiet and had no trouble with getting in. Loved having a garage to park in!!!

We were in town to help get our daughter get settled at school. The duplex offered plenty of space for 4 of us. We also enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. The location was good for what we needed. The owner was accommodating when we requested a later check-out.

Royals/Cardinals Game

Successful girls trip. The property was conveniently located, slightly outside the city limits, making it easy to to and from our destinations. We spent an evening at "home base" playing board games and had a blast!

Quick Family Trip

Property was clean and conveniently located for our stay. 3 bdrm, 3 bath was great for our group. Communication was good. Neighborhood was older than expected but it was quiet and family friendly. Would recommend keeping bushes around front porch trimmed back and maybe ice in freezer. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Kansas City trip

It was stale when we walked in but we expected that for a rental if no one just left. We were visiting family in Parkville so this place was close. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with one downstairs private bedroom. Close to freeway and grocery stores. 15 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to downtown KC. We would stay here again.

Nice House; Difficult to Get Into

The house was very nice inside and clean. We had considerable difficulty with the entry into the house as the codes given to us didn’t seem to work. The host did respond with the correct code for entry when we called him, though. Other than the entry issue, it was a pleasant stay.

We chose this property because it had three bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall the property was nice but the space in the lower level did not look recently cleaned. This was reasonably priced but lacked some bells and whistles. The property had a large deck but only two chairs and no table. The gas grill had no propane tank, so we really couldn't fully utilize the amenities. The space is large and can accommodate a large group or family. Overally, I would recommend this property.

Great option for family

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and 21 year old nephew. Place was perfect as everyone had a room and their own bathroom. Beds were very comfy and each bathroom had all the necessities and then some. My only critique is the water and ice on the fridge we’re not hooked up and no ice cube trays. Would have been nice to have ice water during 90 degree days. No drinking or water glasses either. Could only find wine or champagne. Other than those two small things the place was great to stay at. Oh, garage parking was amazing the one day we had to come and go during a rain storm.

It worked for us

We were there for my son‘s football tournament and it accommodated us and what we needed for the trip. Very spacious three bedroom three bath. The living room is very big, but would suggest a different sexual couch or something that seated more people. The small loveseat wasn’t very comfortable. The place needs a fresh coat of paint but otherwise it was decently clean. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, but was close by where we were needing to say. The neighbors across the street got . The neighbors across the street got into a confrontation one morning and were screaming at each other outside. If anything, it was very entertaining. We liked the fact that this place had a garage. The check-in process wasn’t the greatest because the the key was not where it was supposed to be but the owner quickly responded back even though it was 10 PM at night so we were grateful for that. We would stay here again.
