"The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is a wonderful hotel! We traveled from Hawaii and was greeted with plenty ALOHA! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the bell desk worker (who's been there for over 40 years) was very welcoming :) The hotel is clean with cute local shops and places to eat, and the beds are super comfy! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip."

Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel

"Great location near US 70 and Swope Park/Starlight Amphitheater. Easy check in and out with helpful staff. Room was clean but faced US 70 under construction and was somewhat noisy. Hotel is older but was in decent condition. Good price. I would stay here again for short term stays."

"There were definitely some spots that looked really cool. I just think they could maybe go with the boutique flair a little bit more so that we could get the feel of such a grand old hotel better. the front desk person while very pleasant was not helpful at all as far as telling us where the elevator even was at, what time they had breakfast or about the restaurant. She really didn’t give us any information so we were a little disappointed in that."
