"Was this the most aesthetically updated hotel I’ve ever stayed at? No. But it was very clean and comfortable. And, when we ended up staying an extra night because our car broke down, the staff (especially Mercedes) was exceedingly helpful and caring. They made a terrible situation bearable. So thankful! Also, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! We were there during World Cup matches and the patrons resembled the United Nations. It was great to hear staff members use Spanish to help to communicate with visitors. Such a great stay! Super convenient to stadiums."

"Hotel overall was nice. It was a stay we had to make last minute for a World Cup football game. We got there the day of match and the hotel was extremely busy. There were a couple of misses: the hot tub water was murky and the jets didn't seem to work, our room was not ready by check in time and the parking was a mess due to the volume of people. Other than these items there were many good features to call out: wonderful beds, convenient location for our event, the hotel being attached to the Crown Center was great and the workout facilities are top notch. It was overall very good and we would stay there again if the opportunity comes up."

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, though not too visibly noticeable. There was some paint overspray on furniture/areas that needed a little bit of clean up. The beds were soft. Air conditioner made a strange rattling noise, which was slightly irritating. The coffee was good but sadly breakfast was not ready before we had to depart."
