On checking I was informed I would owe an extra $50 personal deposit $100 pet deposit $30 pet fee )on top of the one already paid to Expedia $180 in fees on top of what I already paid!! When I informed them I would be notifying you to they decided they could reduce it just the extra pet fee ($30) but then said you all were holding the deposits & there was nothing they could do! The room stunk of cigarettes & there were chunks of dried mud on the floor Definitely not recommended

We didn’t like it period. Room counter tops still had rings on them from earlier guest that had never been wiped clean. Toilet has some small spraying on you while sitting, sink had a large crack inside the dish well. Ice machine had a large hinged door that a child could have reached in and handled the ice cubes. So we never took any do to safety. We will never stay here EVER AGAIN! 😡 😡 If there was a way to get a refund, we would appreciate it.

I didnt like anything at this motel. Tub was dirty, coukdnt connect to wifi, reserved a smoking room but didnt get one. The people were rude and could hardly understand what they said. Got locked out of our room cause keycard didnt work. And they charged me 55 for first night and 65 for second night. Wont ever go there again

I didn't stay, but was charged for the room. I asked for a pet friendly room. When I got there, I was told that they didn't have one available. He offered me no help to resolve this.
