Charming Duplex Near Food and Fun | 15/16

Welcome to your charming hideaway! Just blocks from the vibrant nightlife, bars, and restaurants of Westport and the upscale shops at Country Club Plaza, this cozy retreat features 3 queen beds, a queen sofa bed, and 2 full baths. It's the perfect spot to recharge for another day of adventures. Managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management, we ensure your stay is unforgettable!

This is a duplex. The 1st and 2nd floor are connected by an exterior staircase.

First floor: Two bedrooms with queens, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, along with a jack and jill bathroom.
Second floor: One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full bath, living room and kitchen.

During your stay, you'll have full access to each floor and their amenities.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Wonderful weekend, perfect location!

It was a perfect place to accommodate me and seven other friends comfortably. The house is in a great location to access Westport and Downtown KC.

The location can't be beat - walking distance to get key staples and short drive to restaurants, shopping and more. Host was really responsive and ready to help in any way. Thanks for a great stay.

Thanksgiving Meet-Up

Grandparents and son and family (6 total) met half-way between two states and included a niece and her family for the holiday dinner. Duplex, and the two (!) kitchens were well stocked with dishes, pans, knives, and chairs. Location is central to much KC offers, altho we did not do much outside family time. The outside stairs between the two units gave opportunity for exercise.

Great experience

We loved this quaint house. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family and a friend’s family. We appreciated it and the clear/efficient communication. There was a slight smell of cigarettes when we entered the house. After some air freshener, it was easily remedied.

Another Group Trip for a Football Game

We come into Kansas City for football games from time to time and when we have a group we always hope to rebook this property. It is always a pleasant experience and we will look to continue to come back over the years.

Everything about this property is miss leading and absolutely filthy!! There was broken glass all over the back deck, trash bags all over, personal items of questionable use inside the house. Property manager of absolutely no help, Have pictures to prove. Can’t believe this is allowed and total scam
