Amazing Locale 2KingBR/1BTH

  • Summary:

    This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo features an open layout with its own private deck or patio that you access through French doors. High end finishes including stainless appliances, granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, bamboo hardwood floors. This small quaint community features gated courtyard with large fountain and seating. Condo has flat screen Smart tv's with WIFI internet service.



    The Space:

    The bedrooms feature king-sized beds and Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming apps. Beautifully tiled bathtub/shower combination includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bathroom features a large vanity with double-sinks.



    Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cookware, bakeware, glasses, utensils, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Kitchen is open to the living room and features a bartop with barstools.



    Washer/dryer are included, as well as one reserved parking space.

    Guests have access to the entire condo, in addition to one reserved parking space and community courtyard.



    The Neighborhood:

    Our Condo is located just two blocks from the Country Club Plaza and the Westport area of Kansas City. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our condo is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.



    Getting Around:

    If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare and taxi options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a nearby stop.



    Other Things to Note:

    • No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.

    • No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.

    *Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. TWO PET MAXIMUM. Please inquire with any questions.

    ***Variations in furniture/furnishings could vary due to replacement over time, but will always be of like kind as shown in the listing photos and detail.

Loved the area and this apartment was so cute and clean. Minor issues with the TV and dryer but the amenities overall were amazing and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Kansas City! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Westport

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Westport! Location was within walking distance to the Country Club Plaza. The assigned parking spot was a plus! This is an older apartment complex, so comes with some old house vibes - door might stick, water dripped in bathtub, but the beds were super comfortable, temperature was easy to control, all the amenities you would need were provided. There is an adorable courtyard for all the occupants to share that would be fun to hang out in on a warmer day. You do have to go up 2 half flights of stairs. It was a very nice stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, horrible neighbors

Had a good stay at this property as we have in the past. Got unlucky this time and had romper room on the floor above us that had children running back and forth till 1 am. The host messaged them the first night and they finally stopped. Not so much luck the second night. Good, clean convenient property though

Convenient Basement Apartment

Sometimes you can’t tell from the online listing, but this is in an apartment-style building on the bottom floor. It felt like a basement and the bathroom had some mustiness. There are neighbors walking around above you so I was glad I brought my ear plugs. Otherwise we really enjoyed the short walk to Plaza shopping and restaurants. We slept well and enjoyed the coffee that was provided.

Visiting daughter

My daughter & fiancé live in KC. A few of us drove in from Texas to attend their engagement dinner party and for her “yes” to the dress day. The condo was very clean & in a nice safe area. We were close enough to everything in the city. The rental manager responded quickly when we had an issue with accessing at check-in. Other than that everything was satisfactory. We will definitely re-book for future use when visiting our daughter.

Unfortunately the pictures look better than reality. Generally, it is a nice enough place but when you look at some of the details, it kind of feels like an older hotel room. It also had a smell to it that wasn't awesome. The kitchen also felt under equipped so cooking meals was actually kind of difficult. The location wasn't bad, the two king beds were great and the parking was easy.

The location of this rental is great for getting out on the town. You’re right in the mix, close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is walkable and safely lit. My only wish is that there were a few fixes to broken features - the patio has a broken rail that poses a potential safety hazard, and the Beth room faucet was broken and obviously glued back together, which broke again quickly upon use.

Felt cozy in this lovely condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was very comfortable and had a nice kitchen & bath. We walked to the Crowne Plaza for dinner and shopping. We enjoyed the mornings on the deck watching the squirrels chase each other up and down the walnut trees. Will definitely keep this on our favorite list for future trips to Kansas City
