IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:

* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), and ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed).
* Occupancy Limits: Maximum of 40 people allowed on the property at any time.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $30 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.

The master suite serves as a private retreat, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. A large parking area is available for guests.

Accommodating up to 25 guests, the entire barndo features 8 bedrooms (including a loft studio suite), 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 distinct living areas. The ground level boasts an expansive gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) equipped with a full kitchen, dining section, and a 70" Vizio smart TV. Guests also have access to a spacious parking area.

Private Entrance: Situated at the rear corner of the property, complete with dedicated parking.
Upper Deck: Located directly off the loft, offering scenic views and stairway access down to the yard.
