"Loved the more Japanese-style in the hotel and room. Walking around barefoot and in the jinbei was a lovely experience in itself. The room was sufficient and clean and came with helpful baskets to bring your towels to the onsen. It also had a hair dryer which is not mentioned on the room amenities on here. The onsen was fantastic with the three pools and sauna. It was a very relaxing time and I appreciated the late-night hours."

"The best hotel we stayed in while visiting Japan for 3 weeks. Hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived early and they held our bags until check in so we could walk around. The hotel was very reasonably priced for an upscale hotel. The rooms were very clean and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk from the beautiful train station to sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’m ever back in the area. Kanazawa itself is a great destination. Thank you Hotel Nikko Kanazawa for a fabulous stay."

"Beautiful spacious room with excellent facilities. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed making use of the lobby space and enjoyed the free drinks on offer from 11am-8pm. Really glad we made the last minute decision to change our stay to this hotel"
