The room was a great size, quiet, clean and met all of our requirements. Location was central and either a short walk or short bus ride to all attractions and places to eat. The staff were very helpful, especially when we needed assistance with parking arrangements. Would happily recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a connecting room for us and our teenage kids which was great. Gave us some space and each room had its own bathroom. Modern amenities. Good location. Washer/dryer in building was handy. No view but it was okay. Would stay again.

Loved our stay! I was traveling with children and our 2 bedroom was plenty of space. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Kanazawa station is 15-20 minute walk.

We need self check in, this is a bit difficult for us. But the lady at the front desk is very patient to help us complete the check in procedure. We really appreciate for her help. Hotel is located in the middle of most of the sightseeing places. Castle, seafood market, shopping and Kenrokuen Garden just within walking distance. The room is big and comfortable. Toilet and bath room is separated which is very clean and tidy. No doubt we will visit stay there again next time.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was also great - it was a very short walk from shopping, though the nearest malls close early (around 7pm). The room also had lots of amenities that were important to us, such as a washer and drier, small stove and a microwave. There was also a good amount of space for dining, relaxing and opening up our luggages. The staff were friendly and checkin was very easy. The bathroom was also unexpectedly large and had a jacuzzi bath tub in it, which was very nice. However, we did notice that the shower walls were quite grimy. Fortunately, that was the only part of the entire apartment that wasn't spotless. All in all, we still really enjoyed this stay and would recommend it for families.

Very large room with many amenities. The traditional Japanese style bathroom was nice and the location was convenient for most things. Only two cons were the beds and the fact that we paid for a room with a washer/dryer but did not get one (was being serviced). Not a huge deal since they have laundry facilities for all guests, but worth noting as it was different than described in the booking. The beds were not very comfortable, mostly lacking good pillows. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Did not have breakfast here. But really liked the Japanese style room, nice clean bathroom and toilets. I was however frustrated by how difficult it is to smoke a cigarette in Kanazawa, with absolute lack of smoking zones/areas/rooms.

Excellent location, Omicho Market and Kenroku-en are within walking distance. Check in procedure is smooth, room is very spacious with cool Japanese theme design with great amenities, very clean and comfortable futons. We highly recommended it!

Since this is an 'angel' staffed hotel I was actually surprised there was a staff at the front desk. But I also knew I would have to seek shipping my luggage elsewhere. Rooms are locked with a passcode lock which is a little concerning since if someone knew your code they could get into your room. But it was still mostly convenient for a short stay. Room was mostly as pictured, although a little more cramped than pictured.

Stayed in the Comfort Twin Room, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator. The room was very spacious for two people. The Air conditioner worked very well and could be set to 18 degrees Celsius. The mattress is firm. The bed frame and overall bed configuration is similar to a futon and very close to the floor. If you have bad knees, I might suggest confirming if there is an accessible room available. Hotel provides basic amenities, and offers umbrellas to use during your stay. Hotel is modern, very clean, very comfortable and well situated.
