"I] never got to stay here. They didn't accept cats. Very disappointing and discriminatory. Dogs can do just as much damage as cats, if not more. I will reconsider using Quality Inns in the future."

"I had a few issues with my stay. I booked two rooms—one for two adults and another for two kids—but that’s not what I got when I checked in, and I had to ask to have it fixed. The room also didn’t feel clean. The bathroom looked like it had already been used—the soap was opened and there was trash left behind, which was really off-putting. Overall, the hotel just didn’t meet expectations. I’ve stayed at the SpringHill Suites in St. George before, and this was nothing like that experience. The one in St. George had bigger pools, more attentive staff, and just felt better overall. Breakfast was also pretty disappointing,very limited options. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy my stay."

"This stay was horrible. I paid for 2 nights (and the additional $20/night pet fee). We left at 4 am the first night because it was so bad. We didn't get to the room until around 10 pm. We both badly needed showers from the day's activities and a good night's sleep. The water was lukewarm at best. The faucet was unattached and barely hanging on. When I pushed down the plunger to stop the shower, it fell into about 6 pieces. My husband tried to put it back together so that he could shower, but didn't have the tools. They put us in another room which was worse than the first. The carpets were so dirty and it smelled like dirty socks. Two sets of unmatched curtains partially covered the window, but not enough for privacy. But the worst feature of all was the bed. You literally couldn't move so much as an inch without it creaking loudly, and the entire bed shook every time. It was literally making me feel like motion sickness. We never got a minute's sleep, so we packed up and left. I have NEVER left a review like this. All I ask for is cleanliness, safety and a good mattress. This place needs some care and it's not getting any. "

"Lovely large room with 2 king beds. Clean and comfortable. Great location, walkable area. Lots of history. Its a very cute 50’s motel. Breakfast was good! "

"We had an amazing experience at Under Canvas Lake Powell. The staff were friendly and helpful, the activities kept the kids entertained, and the coffee and food were excellent. The evening marshmallows were a big hit with the children. Highly recommend!"
