Convenient location! Steps to the Yamanote line, and steps to the Metro (Daimon station) so that is great, but especially for easy access to the Haneda airport monorail. The Hamamatsucho stop on the monorail is the connecting station between JR line and the monorail so it’s essentially the starting point to the airport via monorail - an easy 17 min away from Haneda. Having a washer dryer in room was the other big reason I booked this property, and despite being right beside the train tracks, we did not hear anything at night. The property is brand new so everything was clean and modern and beautiful inside. The only small downside, is that there isn’t too much around the property in terms of restaurants / shopping / cafes. We admittedly didn’t explore too much as we were only there one night; after spending 8 days in Japan and 7 days in Vietnam, this was our stay back in Japan prior to flying home. All in all, a lovely stay and great value for the large room, in room conveniences and ease of transfer to Haneda.

Great hotel with great amenities and located in a great area. Very cleanly, kind staff and rooms are some of the biggest sizes you can get in Tokyo.

Clean rooms and supreme staff 👌

The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel was very clean. The Western-style breakfast was excellent, and it is very well located if you like to be a little out of the hubbub but near the train, restaurants, commercial area and beautiful park.

Free snacks, free beer from 5 to 6. If you put out the do not disturb sign, they leave a bag next to your door that include new bottles of water, clean towels, and toiletries. Hotel smells good
