"The hotel was nice and conveniently located close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was very helpful, and the room had many essential items that made the stay comfortable. The hotel also has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a nice feature. And family mart inside the hotel. However, the open buffet was not worth the money, and the food quality was not as good as expected. Many of the restaurants in the hotel were closed during our stay, which limited dining options. The lobby bathrooms also needed more attention; they were not clean, the water was not working properly, and there was trash on the floor. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and a convenient location, but improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and restaurant availability would make the experience much better."

"This hotel is a beautifully well-maintained place to stay. When I say well maintained, I mean every word of it. The place is immaculately cleaned. I also liked that it was within close proximity to the airport, and they provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Nevertheless, if you like stretching your legs like I do, you can skip the shuttle for a good 15-20 minute walk to the airport (which was what I did each day for lunch). On the topic of meals, the reason I gave the hotel a 4 star is because they provide an elaborate outlay of dishes at the breakfast buffet, they really do, well balanced I would say, but nothing for vegans. My family is vegan so taking the trip to the vegan restaurant at airport each day was what helped us. Nevertheless, there are several amenities on site. I was able to use their coin-laundry and it was pretty straightforward and also a very clean facility. You can tell they put a lot of pride into maintaining their place. There is also a Lawson convenience store adjacent to the hotel's building 1-2. On a whole, inspite of the breakfast menu, I would definitely stay here again, or any other chain branch they have. Such a pity I didn't switch my hotel to them when I arrived in Seoul. Oh well, next time for sure."

"This location is very convenient, with the train station and several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle (available for a fee) is also a good option. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced for the cost and quality. However, the facilities are older and outdated. The hotel does not include basic amenities such as an exercise gym, but it is a good option for those who simply want clean rooms in a great location."

"Second time in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, but my sister & I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, free shuttle to/from airport, Lawson inside the hotel, free made in Japan amenities, etc. The hotel was very busy when we arrive, but they still assist me really well."
