Counter staff service is excellent, the young man (sorry we did not ask his name) who checked us in was very helpful, personally helped my wife to move our luggages to our room while I parked the car in a coin-operated car park nearby for the first night. "We live Toyoko Inn hotels. We always tried to book it if possible. The hotels are near train stations within walking distance. Free breakfast with simple food which are adequate. Good facilities. Very clean. Beds were a bit hard but still comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was compact . Reception staff have limited English but no problem with check in. Service with a smile. It was such a great value for money."
