"The shower was not working upon arrival. The next day, the shower worked, but it was leaking heavily. Also, I dropped a vitamin on the floor. When I went to pick it up, I looked under the bed. The floor under the bed was filthy. "

"Remarkably friendly and helpful staff members made us want to return the next time we’re at Cape Town’s international airport. The shuttle from the airport was efficient and on time. However, although shampoo was provided in our bathroom, conditioner was not. We’ll try to remember to pack some in our luggage the next time we’re at this hotel."
