"Hotel lobby was nice and clean, our room not so much. Had lots of wear and tear on furniture and areas that were clearly not cleaned before our stay. Also don’t make the mistake of booking through hotels app (Expedia etc) We weren’t notified of the $105 deposit required to pay and stay upon arrival. Overall bed and sleep was decent. Breakfast could be hotter but the cold options were lovely. "

"the location was very good. Easy walking to the main street where the convenient Tramcar could be found. Use that to head to the many local attractions on the way to the Country club district. "

"Our room was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was very clean. The room had both a small fridge and microwave as well as a coffee pot all set to make coffee. The staff was very welcoming and kind! The free breakfast buffet with different hot foods each morning was very good and exactly what we needed before heading out each morning! The pool is small but very clean and is heated which was perfect for chilly March days. It’s located very close to a streetcar stop and is within about 10 mins (driving) of anything you could possibly get to. The late check out time (noon) is a huge plus! I would highly recommend this location for any trips to KC! "

"Fantastic location! There is a with a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants right across the street. It's a very quick drive to downtown or the Plaza area. The building has been beautifully renovated, giving off hip, downtown vibes, while maintaining a spa like serenity. Will definitely being staying here again!"
