Cheryl/Sheryl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, otherwise this rating would be all 1 star. The property is in terrible condition. We were in town for an event and had no other options. It was so filthy and smelly that I had to purchase an expensive air purifier just to make the situation ...

Quality Inn Kalamazoo near Wings Stadium
Room was very dirty. Ended up leaving a night early due to mold, started having allergy attack. Pool was freezing cold and had an awful smell.
