Bed and Breakfast in Kaka Point

"We were looking for country experiences on our trip to NZ and this was a great stop with a very friendly host. Ray was watching for us at the driveway to his quaint setting. Beautiful flowers and trees nestled near a river with pastures of sheep. Ray offered alot of info regarding nearby sites and lifestyle in his part of NZ. The property is small and separate rooms for fridge and kitchen/bathroom which is detailed on his site."

"Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good). "

"Propery was comfortable and very clean. Good base to get out and about to explore the coastline then come home and relax at the end of the day. Great Kitchen and bathroom and super comfortable bed. Great deck to relax on in the sunshine. Would stay again"

"Very clean, perfect for a weekend getaway. Water pressure a bit weak, but as you would expect being in the middle of nowhere. I do feel it’s a little bit expensive but then also worth it."
