A great property with stunning views
The property is on the 2nd level of a hillside house overlooking the beach. The views are simply amazing. At night all you can hear is the waves. The property is modest and very clean, with all that we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom are small but amply for our family of 3. There are 3 comfortable reclining chairs in the lounge area which were great for us. The area does has a couple of restaurants that are in walking distance eating but we found that we ate in all of our nights there as we couldn’t get enough of the view. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and the evenings. A convenient location for visiting the Abel Tasman area.

Unreal Views and Literal Steps from the Beach
A wonderfully old-world charming property overlooking the beach of Kaiteriteri. Literal steps down a cute path to the beach and walking distance to the town. Make sure you have shower items (shampoo, body wash/soap, etc.) with you as we did not and had to procure some as those are not provided. Overall a fantastic location and we enjoyed our stay.

Expectations exceeded
Booked for our 25th wedding anniversary. Having travelled the world extensively I rate this up there with the very best any country could offer. Truly a jewel in New Zealands crown with expectations exceeded at all levels.

Idyllic location
Idyllic location positioned on Little Kaiteri beach. Wonderful view. And well equipped for a holiday. Enjoyed ease of visiting the Abel Tasman from here. A very rainy five days over Easter, so more time inside than ideal, and didn’t get to use courtyard as too wet, but still a lovely spot).

Beautiful beach view home
We had a wonderful stay in Kaiteriteri. Easy check-in process, all amenities for cooking meals, laundry, and parking. A great deck with views and just steps away from the beach. So close to Abel Tasman NP, kayak and boat trips. Can't wait to come back!

Superb Views & Location
Incredible views and prime location right on the beach. We loved being so close to the water, just one minute walk and you're swimming. The Courtyard is superb, we felt like we were back in Italy. So well done and nice and private. House was clean and well set up with everything needed. We look forward to staying here again.

A Slice of Heaven...
The place, the views, the proximity to the lovely Little Kai beach..the outdoor areas..balcony with sea view, plus sunny, sheltered courtyard.. a certain Mediterranean ambience. A little slice of heaven on earth! :-)

Holiday bliss
We arrived in Little Kaiteriteri full of expectation and upon entering the property we were greeted with the amazing views and sounds of gentle rolling waves. The holiday home is fully equipped, clean and positioned perfectly to survey the entire bay. The use of the courtyard was an added bonus that provided complete privacy and is a real sun trap well into the evening. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to book again next year. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Special place, perfect for day trips to Abel Tasman
We loved staying at this special place in Kaiteriteri. The place, with its facilities, and location was just as portrayed in the description. Lovely beach views from the bedroom and living area, lots of space in the apartment. The courtyard/patio was very nicely decorated, and large as well, though we did not use this space very much. There are a number of practical details to set up once you arrive, it took us a bit of time to follow the instructions and get all the practical stuff working, but it all did work well in the end. Wi-Fi was actually quite good when we were there, though we understand it can be erratic in Kaiteri. Having a door to go right down to the beach, with our own private shower to clean off the sand and salt from the ocean was very special. Easy parking spot right outside the door to the courtyard. Communication with the host was consistently prompt and helpful. Please be sure to decide in advance whether to clean the place yourself before you leave, or whether to pay the small extra charge to have the host do it. We usually eat out at restaurants frequently when we are visiting a place, but this time we ate at home every night, we did not want to miss a night at this wonderful apartment. Morning, afternoon, evening, after dark, it is very special. If you wish to do day hikes on the Abel Tasman track, we recommend taking Abel Tasman AquaTaxi to drop you one place, and pick you up at another.

Fantastic location, great for a couple or family
This is a lovely apartment in a really fantastic location. The views are exactly the same as those in the photos. Abel Tasman is beautiful and there are plenty of boats a short walk along the beach and I recommend a boat - walk - boat trip. The main bedroom in the apartment is where the balcony is and it is the biggest room. We had one night with only 2 people staying and it was perfect. When our friends arrived their bedroom was fine but the lounge and kitchen were a bit cramped for 4 people and somebody had to sit on the floor or a dining chair in the evenings. There are lots of stairs from the road or beach to get to the apartment so I would not recommended this for older people but they are fine for anyone else. We had a minor problem with ants in the kitchen but the manager had said they will treat this before the next tenants arrive.

Stunning views, beautiful property, amazing location
Fabulous property, the view says it all. Property is beautifully presented, very clean, nice linens and well equipped kitchen. The location is brilliant, very easy to access the water taxis from, we walked along the beach to get to them or it’s a very short drive into Kaiteriteri. Depending on what the weather is doing either the Patio where you can enjoy the view or the enclosed courtyard out the back are ideal places for a glass of wine in the evening.

Wonderful from the moment we pulled the curtains back.
A lovely Spanish casita with best views around. Beach below for morning swims to wake up (wine etc) and evening dips to cool off. Wine and dine on the Terrazza as the sunsets is truly relaxing. 5 stars all round and host Vicki was only a call away if you had a query. Luv to come back someday. Cheers from the Newy crew

Fantastic location right by the beach with wonderful views
The property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. So close to the beach yet felt a world away from the crowds. Beautiful views out the windows. A lovely warm Mediterranean feel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful location
Wake up to the spectacular view, wander down for a swim, take a boat for a walk in the world class Abel Tasman, return for a BBQ in the lovely courtyard...it does not get much better!! Clean and comfortable.

Amazing view
Great place to relax and soak up the amazing view of Kaiteriteri. Found the apartment clean and tidy, although I recommend having extra data as the wifi was fairly slow/ non existant. However giving the view and location theres little need to actually use the internet. Would stay again overall a great place to unwind and enjoy the beach.
