Great family holiday
The house was perfectly suited for our group of 11, including 3 kids. The downstairs with bunks and second toilet made it easy to peel the kids off for bedtime without disrupting the adults. Great shared spaces including the deck. The view was absolutely stunning and the beach was great for the little ones, though the access a little tricky for some of the older adults in our group. Motueka and Kaiteriteri aren’t far so easy access to anything you need and also not too far to get to the entrance to the national park. Only one rubbish bag and not enough forks for 11 people but the rubbish issue was resolved quickly.

Great location central to Kaiteriteri township and Motueka. Lot to do within 1/2 to day trips
Skydive was cool. Quail were very cute hanging around the lawn and morpork owl calling at night. Lots of games etc Nice big living area Not enough dishwasher powder to last for our 5 days or any dish liquid. Walking distance to Kaiteriteri township Great location

Great View of Beach and Mountains
Lovely location by the beach overlooking Motueka and all the way to the snow covered mountains in the distance. Lots of room, beds, comfortable and warm. Great decks.

Fantastic location
This property was perfectly located with direct access down to the sheltered beach. All exactly as the photos indicated. Fabulous for a group.
