"Phenomenal breakfast, superb Japanese style room, excellent staff."

"This property has a great location right by the train and bus station. The rooms are business friendly and the Japanese breakfast was very good but not a buffet, filling for sure. Onsen are close by and you can take your room towel there. Decent prices for room and Onsen near are reasonable."

"Good location and kind staff"

"The property is managed by a management company, and unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome during our stay, as there were several restrictions on the use of certain amenities. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The most disappointing aspect was the limited provision of essential items. "Fantastic stay. Huge beautiful rooms and the most attentive considerate staff."

"Breakfast buffet is awesome and the front desk staff are great!"

"Good cleaning, wonderful view, kind staffs Everything was good"

"Staff were very helpful. We had the mountain view. But ocean view might have been appreciated. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. The room was large."

"The food was not great Other than that all things were perfect. We stayed in a room with a private onsen and the convenience of being able to soak literally anytime I want is amazing The place also offered a carpool to take us back to the station after check out"

"Nice onsen within the hotel . Nice room (Japanese style) Great staff"

"Hotel has its own parking lot. Standard 3 stars hotel with friendly staff."

"Great location near hell hot spring tourist attractions. "

"My overall stay has been a satisfying one."

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

"Beautiful onsen hotel. The only problem was their name says they are in Oijo but the are actually 50 kilometers away and the taxi ride wa 10,000 yen. You need to take a local train to Hiji and a taxi from there for 2000 yen. "
