Our first trip to the Big Island… location is on the main drive which gave us options to walk or drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and as shown on listing plus owner very responsive to answer questions. The beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella were an added perk! We would definitely stay here again!

Teresa and Rick were very responsive and welcoming. I received information about the unit and things to do on the island well ahead of time. The condo was well equipped with everything we could possibly need..beach gear, drying rack, all kinds of kitchen items, fans. The view was as pictured and we enjoyed our time on the lanai. The grounds are well kept and peaceful.Teresa checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had questions part way into our stay. We would definitely return to this unit at Sea Village.

We enjoyed our stay! Great place, good communication, and exactly as described. Amazing views, excellent location, and close to restaurants, beaches, and bars. There’s a coffee shop on-site, and amazing poke and banana bread down the road. We’ll stay here again!

So nice we stayed twice!

After our original Big Island stay last winter, our tween begged to return to this comfortable unit. We enjoyed the freshly plastered pool, new lanai furniture, reef-safe sunscreens and upgraded kitchen knives. Teresa is a phenomenal host and you couldn’t ask for a better view. Great location on the water and close to town

If you want a great view of the water from your condo, a very quiet complex, and want to be close to the busy town of Kailua Kona with many shops, restaurants, and attractions this is your place. Teresa was so helpful and responsive to our questions and helped us navigate the island. Easy to find and in a walkable area. The condo has all you need to eat in and relax in a well stocked unit. But what is best about this condo is the view, the view, the view!

Wonderful!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The view was amazing! The condo and surrounding property were clean and easy to navigate. We used the pool and bbq every day! So close to town we were able to walk their each day. Loved our stay here and will definitely seek out this property for future stays in Kona!

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. Appreciated all the amenities within the condo, for example, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Loved having snorkel gear and beach chairs available as well. The condo had a great view of the ocean and we took advantage of the patio daily. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo on the water!

My husband and I stayed 12 nights at Teresa and Rick’s beautiful condo. The view of the water from the lanai was breathtaking and it was pretty cool to see cruise ships come in to the harbour. This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of great restaurants and shops a 20 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and beautiful stay in Kona

My daughters and I stayed for 6 days and enjoyed everything about this property. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful about providing ideas and sites to see around the island. They also communicated timely and made our stay extremely welcoming. This condo has a beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, AC and extremely comfortable beds! I can’t say enough good things about our stay and are so looking forward to returning one day!

Ideal Location

The unit is clean, updated, and well stocked including what you need for the beach. The listing is accurate and the pictures do it justice. The owners are responsive and great to work with. It’s location on Ali’i Drive near Kailua Village make it ideal. Sea Village is well maintained. Views of the harbor and sunsets can’t be beat

This was our third stay at this property. Being located right on the waterfront, it has an amazing ocean view...somehow even better than the pictures. No peek-a-boo view here! It has sweeping views of the bay. Sitting on the lanai, you can watch boats, canoes, cruise ships, the pool, and, of course, the sunset.The complex has very nice, well-maintained common areas, and is in a great location. . The unit itself was very clean and well-stocked, including beach gear. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough, but we opted to use the Murphy bed in the living room, which also was quite comfortable.Teresa, the host, was very friendly! Check-in was straightforward. There is a lockbox for first-time entry. Tip: you will need to enter the combo to both open and close the lockbox....not a problem. This unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator, which could be an issue for some.Overall, great stay!
