You will love having coffee in the morning and listening to the waves from the Oversized Lanai that overlooks Ali'i Drive and the Pacific Ocean. The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need for your Hawaiian Holiday. You will enjoy the Pool, BBQ Grill Deck, A/C, Washer & Dryer, Furnished Kitchen, Snorkel Gear, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, WIFI. There is also parking under the building. Overall the condo was nice with lots of amenities plus was in great tourist area. There was a little confusion, on my part, with getting in but the host was quick to respond with assistance. I did recommend having a map of the condo property available because was challenge to locate the pool.

We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!

Great location

We enjoyed the big lanai and the central location in the downtown business district. The condo had beach gear and enough supplies for us. It is ocean facing but the view is obstructed with a little view of the ocean. Downtown Kona has started charging for parking so it was nice to have included parking with the condo. It is also easy to get to without have to deal with too much traffic. We had a great stay with no problems.

Perfect Location

We only stayed one night as we were traveling to the Hilo side. We loved the location. So close to everything. The condo is very comfortable and nicely equipped with everything you need. The bed was a dream. It was so comfortable. Communication was good with very detailed information on how to check in and out. The Lanai was the best part. After a long day of traveling, we all just melted and relaxed. I actually fell asleep on the couch outside. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Comfortable stay, great host and easy walking around old Kona

Property was comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels and tips on snorkeling. Even if you do not wish to see historic Kona, the drives to beaches, National Parks, Costco and Walmart are short distances. Preferred our days on Big Island west coast, as compared to Oahu. Do not forget a drive to Volcano NP, only a few hours away. Thanks Kris for your hospitality!
