Beautiful condo, exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and in great condition. Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful lanai and view. Just a few minutes walk into Kona where there's a choice of restaurants and shops. Kona Reef has a lovely oceanfront pool with hot tub & BBQ area

The owners have done a nice job with this unit. The management company was a little weak with their welcome package. One roll of paper towels, bottle of hand soap and dish washing soap. Not everyone can get to the store on the first day. Coffee would have been nice for the next morning. There are other things that could be provided that don't affect the bottom line much. We have two units at a 5 star resort in Oregon. We provide much more supplies that make for an easier stay. We also ask renters to do tasks prior to checkout. We don't threaten them with fines. The unit will bring us back not the management company.
