Perfect location

We had the condo for five days and it was perfect. Roomy, very clean, within walking distance of any type of restaurant you could think of and plenty of shopping. Each king bedroom had its own en suite bath plus a third bath for if you had guests. Would absolutely stay there again.

Easy walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect. Roomy, clean and great amenities. The lanai box had 2 sets of snorkeling equipment, 4 chairs, noodles, inflatables, cooler bag, boogie boards. Very much appreciated.

We loved our Kona Pacific Unit

We were very pleased with the Kona Pacific condo. It was as good as advertised and was very well stocked (the kitchen. linens, beach items in the lanai box etc). The view from the lanai was wonderful and we spent much time there. The beds were very comfortable and having a third bathroom was nice. The owners / hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return and recommend this beautiful condo to our friends. FYI: we had four adults and a 2.5 year old. Thank you very much!!!

Wonderful condo

This is a great condo for 2 couples since it has 2 king beds. The furniture is very updated and comfortable. Location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the ocean. Nice pool that isn’t usually crowded. Danielle was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Enjoyed the ocean view sunsets and whale watching from the extra large lanai.

Communication including approval of early & late check-in/out was great. Condo met our needs perfectly to be close to town but just outside the shopping/dining area for quiet. Spacious 2 bed 3 full baths great for our family with young adult children with us. Nice lanai. Loved Kona!!

Ironman World Championship 2024

The process from start to finish was made really easy, great communication with the host, any questions we had were answered promptly. Property was better than expected, clean, tidy and spacious. The location was great, close enough to walk to the Race hotel, transition and start, so many restaurants to chose from within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property and host. Perfect Accommodations

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with 13 of our family members staying in 3 locations all within walking distance of each other. Our spacious suite with wrap around deck gave us a tremendous view of the ocean and mountains, plenty of room for all of us to gather for dinner and cocktails. Our son’s family of 3 shared one bedroom with ample room for their daughter to sleep alongside them on a cozy “pillow bed” they made up for the 8 year old. Our bedroom was just as large, both rooms had king size beds and nice furnishings plus private bathrooms with nice walk in tiled showers. There was another bathroom with a tub near the main living area as well. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had plenty of dishes, serving and cook ware. We all enjoyed the large swimming pool and took advantage of the grilling deck and outdoor kitchen several times. Our first week was a bit warm for us Washingtonians but once the living room air conditioning was fixed we were all much more comfortable when we went inside the condo which was seldom except to sleep at night! Thankfully the AC in both bedrooms was working fine the entire time 😊 Our agent Danielle Bates was readily available for any concerns or questions we had and she checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything 💖 We highly recommend you stay here and will likely be making another reservation there for our next trip to Kona as soon as possible!
