The condo was nicely renovated and the location was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The view was amazing. Even though there is NO AC with the sliding door open and multiple fans it was a comfortable temperature for sleeping.

This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful outlook. Excellent position. Easy walk to everything. Off street parking. Outside lights shine in bedroom so may need a face mask if that is an issue. We would go back there quite happily.
