Convenient garden level 1BD/1BA unit sleeps 2-4. This condo has been completely remodeled in 2011 with tile and granite. Clean, comfortable, quiet and located just steps from both the saltwater and freshwater pools, beach-front barbeque and private beach area. The Casa oceanfront condo complex is 1 mile south of Kailua town on Alii drive, and easily reached on foot or bike. Located on site is a well stocked mini market with great deli and liquor store, a beauty salon, flower shop, message studio and Laundromat. Once you arrive, there is no reason to leave. The only thing between you and the sunset, is the Pacific ocean.

This unit is always clean and welcoming. The host provides thorough instructions. Being on ground level is oerfect for us as seniors. A/C works great too. Casa de emdeko needs to work on their entry gates and oedestrian gate to parking lot.

Amazing stay!

Great place, totally recommended and would stay again! The pools and private beach were awesome (love the quiet rules!). Condo had everything we needed and more- towels, chairs, toiletries, kitchen stuff, cooking basics. Bus stop is across the street, we walked to town a lot but recommend a car if you want to explore the island.. Good communication from host. Mahalo!

Kona Paradise

Have stayed many condos on the Islands. This by far the best. Had back problem. Daily swims in both Ocean pool and fresh pool healed me. Condo everything you might need to enjoy paradise gorgeous sunsets every night. Hope to come again.

First time in Hawaii. Sunsets are fantastic here. Flowers literally falling from trees. Salt water pool fed by ocean waves is amazing. If you can’t relax here, then you can’t relax.

Our 2 week stay was fantastic. The condo was amazingly comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed being on the first floor. We were able to enjoy the patio garden sunshine, easily walk to and from the pools. The salt water pool was the best surprise, so warm and ocean like! Parking was always available. The atmosphere was upbeat, people mingling in the bbq area yet quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk into Kona town and find great restaurants and shopping quite easily.

Our week on Kona

This unit had everything we needed and more. There were spices for cooking and all the cooking items you would need. The refrigerator and cupboards included food items left from previous guests. This was extremely helpful. The unit was immaculate which I really appreciated. There were lots of bedding and towels. We used the sofa bed as well as the master bed. It was very comfortable for one adult. If we come again I would like the same unit.

Great condo and great location.

My wife and I spent a week here for our anniversary. Our plans were to explore the island with a rental car and have a place to unwind at the end of busy days and Joe’s condo was the perfect place for just that. Its a great size for 2 people. Its not a ritzy upscale resort (which we were trying to avoid), it felt like home after a few nights. We loved it. We will forever have memories of our time in Hawaii. If we make it back some day we know where we want to stay. Thanks Joe! Pros: - Centrally located on a main road near many beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. - Just a few steps out of the Lanai and you get an unbelievable view of the coast and sunset! - 2 pools to relax in after exploring the island. - All the amenities we needed between the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. - Air conditioning if you need it, cable TV, internet. - Pretty quiet for being on such a busy street. Cons: - The only thing that took away from our experience was the unfortunate luck of having a family above our unit that was very noisy into the night. We could here every footstep. Not much we can do about that.

The property was super clean. It's located a short distance from great beaches in Kona and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. As bonus, there are two pools you could use. They came in handy when wanted to go for a late swim (to avoid the strong sun)
