It also has a million-dollar view, which makes this unit the prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation! Now has mini-split A/C system with blower in between living room/dining room area. (No additional blower in guest bedroom)
Located on the second floor of the north-end of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch dolphins swim by year round from lanai! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

The place was clean and nice. We really liked the ocean view but wish it would have been clearer that you couldn’t just walk out into the ocean and wade in the water or really walk along a long section of the beach. We missed being able to do that.

Very welcoming condo with an oceanfront balcony. The host had thoughtfully provided shampo, body wash, coffee pods, treats, and many other amenities. The apartment was clean and cozy. I most highly recommend it.

Awesome Location

We really enjoyed being in the heart of all the action in the Kona area. The evening sunsets were fantastic. Even had turtles visible from the balcony in the tide pools below. We'd love to come back!

Absolutely Amazing!

It was exactly like the photos and even better being there in person. We slept every night with the screen doors open listening to waves and enjoyed sunsets on the patio. Little downtown area was only a few minutes away. Loved everything about it!!

Great Kona Condo All-Around

We always love the Kona Bali Kai and this stay was no exception!! We loved the condo. It was super kid friendly. The view was incredible. Sleeping to the waves is so relaxing. The property management was super helpful and communicative. The location is close to everything yummy and fun, and right on the beach. 5 stars across the board.

Beautiful location

Loved this condo, it was just as pictured. Everything we needed was there and it was so clean and well taken care of. Air conditioner cooled it down nicely on hot days. Beautiful sunsets and Kona is a cool town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Stay on The Big Island Hawaii

This location and VRBO was a GREAT way of ending our two week stay on the islands. This unit has a beautiful view on the balcony that is picture perfect with awesome sunsets on the ocean. Walking to the water every morning, we would see huge turtles, and puffer fish and other exotic fish swimming near the shore. The rental also had chairs and other amenities which we used on the beach. It was very centrally located in Kailua-Kona just minutes from great surf and snorkeling both North and South from our location. We enjoyed all the shops and markets along the beach as well as GREAT food every night at a new restaurants. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a fabulous 11 days in this condo We spent most of our time on the lanai, and caught the sunset each night The main bedroom has an attached shower that you just walk into which was perfect for my mom and my mother in law Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, even some handicap equipment which we used This will definitely be a place we come back to

Perfect location amazing sunset

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holly's Maui condo, and it was absolutely fantastic! The condo was updated and nicely appointed and offered amazing views of the ocean and tropical surroundings. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and great restaurants. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Sunsets from the large lanai were awesome. I would highly recommend this Maui condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Hawaiian vacation.

The view of all views!

The condo is comfortable and well-equipped, but the balcony is why we’re here. Waves are breaking on a lava wall 30 feet from where I’m writing this. The photo in the listing shows exactly what we’re seeing and hearing. A wonderful place!

Perfect getaway

The place is just perfect. Right on the ocean with everything you could ever need. Listing to the waves as you sleep is so relaxing. The place was clean and had plenty of towels and supplies. Everything worked great and the bed was super comfortable. Chairs and umbrella and boogie boards were available to use as well. Great communication with the manager. Top notch! Very accommodating.
