BEAUTIFUL GARDEN & GOLF COURSE VIEW 2 BEDROOM CONDO

You've never seen such a relaxing and comfortable vacation rental as this Keauhou Surf & Racquet condo.
Located with a golf course view on 16 ocean front acres, you'll never want to go home! Ground floor, no stairs with nearby reserved parking.
Surf and Racquet is a gated community with huge swimming pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, large BBQ/picnic area and other BBQ grills located here and there in the resort. Kahalu'u Beach Park (walking distance) offers world class snorkeling, and La Aloa Beach park is a sandy beach just a couple of miles north of the resort.
This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, spacious kitchen, a dining and living area bordered on 2 sides by a wraparound lanai which is all screened in. The master suite has a king sized bed, huge closet, and slider access to the screened in wrap around lanai. The guest room offers a queen sized bed plus a twin sized "daybed". All rooms have ceiling fans. Another twin sized daybed on the lanai invites to you take a little afternoon nap perhaps, after a game of tennis or a morning of sunning at the pool.

The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center has a grocery store, Long's Drug, several restaurants, retail stores, and a movie theater.
Keauhou is located about 5 miles south of the main part of Kailua Kona. There is some public transportation from town to Keauhou (& a few other spots) but a vehicle is a good idea when vacationing on the Big Island.

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved this condo and location! It was the perfect distance from the activities we were a part of and sites we wanted to see. The condo is stocked with kitchen supplies, best I’ve ever seen! They also have beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. I would highly recommend renting from this VRBO!

Enjoyed our stay

The unit was spacious with a large kitchen which was great for cooking a few meals at home. The enclosed lanai area was great for sitting and enjoying our morning coffee. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area and having KTA (grocery chain) and shave ice / boba tea up just up the street at Keauhou Shopping Plaza was very convenient.

Great Place

Great location near public beach for snorkeling, shopping center for restaurants, groceries, drug store, etc. Unit near shoreline for sunset views, nice pool. Condo has just about anything you could think of, was nicely decorated and had large screened porch where we spent most of our time when we were there.

Excellent Stay

Such an easy place to get comfortable and relax, everything you need is there for tennis, snorkelling, relaxing on the fantastic lanai and I gave the brewed coffee machine a solid workout during the stay! The R&S property is terrific with very nice grounds on the rugged coast with wonderful sunsets. Mahalo!

Getaway to paradise!

Enjoyed the tropical weather, birds, and paradise sunsets. Kitchen had everything we needed and the the community pool was great for lap swims. We did a lot of ocean paddling and had our first imu cooked Thanksgiving turkey. So delicious and the meat melted off the bone. We look forward to returning again!

Short walk to Two-Step

This was a great place to stay! Well equipped unit with a nice short walk to the ocean for some great sunset views. We were able to walk to two-step to snorkel and not have to worry about finding and paying for parking. The barbeque area was nciely equipped with three barbeques and the pool are was a nice place to cool off. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place

The place is in need of some updating (popcorn ceiling) but our stay was pleasant. Nice view and location. Snorkeling right off the resort was lovely. Kids found a great spot to jump off the cliffs in to the ocean and spent hours doing so. AC was nice and needed. A few small things like no sheet or comforter specifically for sofa bed were disappointing but there were other sheets so we made it work. Overall I enjoyed the property.

Good location

We stayed here for a family vacation. The location is fantastic, very close to downtown Kailua and good beaches. The grounds of the condo and the pool are very well kept. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a fine place to lay our heads at night after a long day at the beach. It wasn’t the nicest place we have stayed at while traveling in Hawaii. I feel it needs updating like lighting, windows, and blinds so they work in the guest bedroom (we couldn’t get them to close).

I wish I could give a 4.5 stars. There were just a few little things that were less than perfect. We had to buy our own toilet paper ,soap, and shampoo etc. It would have been nice if those things could be restocked during a longer stay. The sleep sofa was not at all comfortable. Most people probably don't need to use it, but we did. Other than that it was great. We really enjoyed the whole complex and the condo itself. Great location and great extras like pickleball and tennis equipment. Some beach supplies as well. We had a great time there!
