Across The Street From The Best White Sand Beach In The Area!

This upgraded condo is the largest in the complex with a wrap around lanai with a beautiful garden/Mountain View with 3 sliders going out to the lanai from the dining room, living room and master bedroom. Recently upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath. Marble tile throughout the kitchen, dining room and lanai. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to make one king. Two bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable full size sofa bed. Sleeps 4-6. Unit includes a very large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and fully stocked with kitchen utensils/pots/pans, etc. Free covered parking. Outdoor barbecue area next to the pool includes 3 gas barbecues, outdoor kitchen and eating area. The pool area, which includes a hot tub, has been beautifully remodeled with stone features and plenty of chaise lounges and tables with umbrellas. Tennis/pickle ball court is located directly behind the condo, just steps away. THE PROPERTY AND GROUNDS ARE NON-SMOKING PER HOA RULES

We would recommend this location. We had a lovely stay and the manager was an excellent communicator. The location is beautiful and right by the beach. The pool and hottub were well maintained. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of things we needed in the kitchen as well as for the beach. It was a little lacking in cleanliness, but not bad by any means, (no bugs or mold) just some sand on the floors when we arrived, a couple of dishes and pans weren’t super clean, and some stains on furniture. But I also think that is part of doing vrbo. You are getting a great price because it is more like staying at a friends house and less like a hotel/resort.

Magic sands condo

Great location across from a beautiful small beach with perfect sunsets. Short walk away is a great all level surfing beach. Nice pool and bbq area as well.

Kona condo across from Magic Sands beach

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, an large enough for my entire family to stay comfortably. The unit has a large kitchen that made cooking meals very convenient for my family. Wonderful location and we highly recommend this unit! Would definitely stay here again

Great Place

White Sands Village is across the street from Magic Sands beach. It is a great location, 5 minutes to downtown Kona. The condo is well equipped with all amenities you would need. There is a wrap around lanai with foliage on one side which provides some privacy. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and 3 grills. The owner, Karen, is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Amazing location, big condo with nice amenities

This condo is located right in front of the beach, and that was extremely convenient. The condo is super spacious with a huge balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from the morning coffee to cook whatever you need. The complex also have a very nice pool area with grills and seating area. We definitely loved this place

Perfect Location in Paradise

We've been to The Big Island several times before. This property was very clean and directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, which is one of the few sandy beaches on the Kona coast. Close to town and shopping. It is also one of the few properties that has central AC, although you won't need it much this time of year (January). I highly recommend this property, and we'll be back the next trip!

Comfortable stay

We had a fantastic trip. We loved being across the street from the beach. My kids loved the pool. The condo was as advertised. We also felt like the property owner went above our expectations. The airline made a change to our flight and we had to check out a day early. We sent a message to let them know and didn’t expect a refund for the lost day because of the poor timing. The property owner was so kind and understanding.

Perfect Condo

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo. The birds chirping in the morning was a lovely sound. The beds were very comfortable and having towels for the beach was handy to have and the beach chairs. Having a washer and dryer was helpful as well. Access to the beach across the street was nice. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but the bbq and amenities at the pool looked so nice with tables and chairs to sit under a pergola. We very much recommend utilizing this condo for anyone interested. Thank you!

Glad to be back

Overall White Sands Village is a great location. Close to Kona and across the street from White Sands Beach. The condo offers all the amenities that you may need. The unit has a wrap around lanai. One side of the lanai has tall foliage which adds to the privacy of the unit. Outside amenities include 3 grills outside pool and hot tub and sauna. Karen the owner is very easy to get a hold of. We will be back.

Magic vacation

Condo is very well equipped! Perfect for family. Bad thing was construction of the tennis courts next to us I would suggest you find out when they will be finished before you book their the pool the surroundings were beautiful however, at this time of year magic sans had limited amount of sands and lots of lava rock. I would definitely stay there again with this owner. The washer and dryer were a great !

Great option for a beach vacation

White Sands is an older property but very well cared for. The pool area was great, but some renovations made it hard to enjoy during the days, but night swims were great. BBQ area is very clean and nice to hang out at. Our condo was on the mauka side just over the tennis courts. Not ideal when pickle ballers were playing, but very peaceful at night! The unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed and more. Very clean and easy to access. Only thing missing was a little better view, but value for the dollar, hands down a win.

White Sands Village is in a great location with an amazing sunset beach literally across the street. We enjoyed coming “home” after full days of exploring this beautiful island. The condo is well stocked with essentials. The wrap around patio is so peaceful in the mornings and late evenings. Great location

There was a lot an ants in the apartment specially on countertop. On VRBO site, we can see tennis court in front of balcony and we thought playing but there was no court. Some furnitures (carpet in the bathdroom, cauch) didn't look clean when looked at. Nevertheless it was a beautiful and large condo with a great location.

Great location at a reasonable price

The condo was comfortable and well-furnished. Yet location was just right - on Ali’i Dtive, convenient to almost everything on the Kona side of the island but not too close so you don’t get caught up in the Ali’i Drive traffic jams. And right across the street from Magic Sands beach. Since the condo was at the back of the building, there was no street noise. Our only issue was with the elevator. Yes, there is an elevator, but you still have to walk up a half-flight of stairs to get to the condo. Not a big deal unless you are two old women each trying to haul a large suitcase up those stairs. This was only a minor issue, though . Overall, we had a great time here.
