This basic unit is in a fantastic spot - located along SH1, only 1 minutes walk to the beach, grocery store and other basic amenities.

This unit is located opposite the "Lobster Inn" and can be hard to see as it is set back from the roadside.
You can hear traffic noise from your accomodation as it's located along SH1.

kaikoura state highway 1

good location, very noisy with trucks all night, advertised as 2 bathrooms, only has one and a separate toilet, oven roasting dishes dirty, bed duvets dirty and stained, dining chairs stained, advertised as trying to maintain 5 star level but falls short, maybe a 2-3,
